Wow Maddie. Core workouts always have been easy for me because I kept on doing the same simple stuff. But you really pushed my level! You work so hard and I am training for ski racing in the winter. This is the best summer ab workouts to train that I could ever do. Thanks! You deserve so much!

@@Fictophobia oh well I mean yeah this is a great workout! I've done it a few times and I also did cardio and I already see light results! ofc you also need to balance your diet, but I'd definitely recommand this workout if you don't have much time to exercice!!

I Looove your ab workouts A LOT! You're Absolutely Amazing and make working out fun. I was just wondering if you can do more ab workouts with no planks. Planks are dreadful and difficult for me.... Is there an alternative I can do while you're doing planks?
These quick workouts are perfect to fit in between things during my day. I always feel accomplished afterwards because I can do the whole thing through with little to no breaks. I appreciate them!! And your comments and reminders on form are really helpful. Previously I didn’t feel much while working out and that’s because my form wasn’t correct. So thank you!!!

Not me watching this while eating a piece of fried chicken 😂😂😂😂. I always wondered are these more effective than standing abs workouts?I prefer standing ab workouts with weights but unsure if stabding targets the lower belly like these.
I'm not a professional by any means but I do think it's nice to mix them together!😊 or just try something new ans then never do it again xd😂
The best workout for defined abs is a doing a quick 180 and run very fast for 10 yards every time you come close to the fridge door.

Hey Abbie, could you do an abs workout for people with cervical pain/issues? I never know what to do besides mountain climbers or planks and exercises like bicycle/regular crunches or any exercise that involves lifting my neck kills me every time 🥲 love your workouts btw, they always keep me motivated ❤️

hi i love your vids! just recently got the madfit app too, do you post same things on both platforms? like will this be on the app?
My goal is to try and slowly get back into doing workouts at home, but I always lack the time. I suppose I am quite lucky that my job is fairly physical, seeing as I’m on my feet all day and lifting 15-20kg bins every couple minutes, and am pushing stacks of crates away from me that are around 40kg. This workout helps with not having much time at the end of a busy day.
