Pretty accurate not going to lie but if you are playing in a competitive league, play with a wired connection to a TV

Try unpairing any headsets to the ipad before pairing

Is there supposed to be a delay when using the Xbox controller. Would a USB charging cable work better?
There should be very limited latency but that is all dependent on how strong your internet connection is

Size has nothing to do with anything, the iPad simply acts as a display, it does not store any data.
But small problem it shows your setup needs work
