I don't even have an Xbox but I got gamepass ultimate..play daily on my red magic 5s... works flawless on mobile data..no WiFi needed.. loving gamepass... Xbox switch
How ?
@@Xbui.23 it's called xcloud, there is google stadia as well
@@Anniemax1 wait so I don’t need an Xbox to play Xbox games on my phone?
@@trollord2775 depends. With remote play, you can stream whatever game you own and have installed on your Xbox to your phone. With xCloud, you are limited to their library of games (circa 90 % of what's on GamePass is on xCloud as well). So ye, you don't need to own Xbox to play Xbox games. You can just get GamePass Ultimate for $15 a month and play Xbox games on PC, phone, tablet... Whatever that has supported web browser and you can pair controller with.
heeeeyyyy😖😭 but that's not fairrrrrrr rrrreeeeeeee!!!!😡
Dude I freaking love remote play. I used to take my switch everywhere I went. Now I just take my phone and a controller, and I have Xbox series X anywhere I am. So bloody sweet man. I usually play single player games, so idk how live games fare. Also, it’s bloody fast away from wifi, with my unlimited 5G plan w Verizon. It runs as if I’m connected to wifi. Might get me an iPad specifically for remote play when I’m away from home.
I finally got a Series X on the way! But I was wondering how much differently the the Xcloud for Gamepass ran vs Series X remote play. Is one stream better than the other when it comes to lag?
@@nf1n1te18 I’m also curious about this.
Do you have Wi-Fi connection or Ethernet cable on your console?
Because I can't power on my Xbox series s remotely on wi-fi
I have unlimited TMobile 5g but it gives me a black screen when I use data
@@nf1n1te18 so remote play right now feels like something that is more so meant for those connected to WiFi and it overall feels a little clunky when you are using Bluetooth connection controller, but overall great experience except it does kind of suck that every once in awhile your phone will unpaid from the Xbox you’ll launch the app and then realize your not even connected, now xcloud in my opinion is the star when it comes to these two, as long as you are on 5g data or good WiFi holy shit is it good, you have access to the full Gamepass library, and because it’s not using any of your own hardware but instead Microsoft’s super servers which are basically pc’s running Xbox os on crack the experience is sometimes better than on console for example. When playing single player games like Skyrim that you can absolutely destroy by stress testing by dropping 100’s of items I’ve found I’m able to drop about 1000+ items before I start to notice the game have a hissy fit which seems to be the game engine not the hardware the game is streaming from, where as on my Xbox Day One launch model after about 200 items the game starts shitting itself.
Yeah this is been a great option for Xbox one as well. I use it all the time. That with x Cloud options as well so you can pretty much do whatever you need on an Xbox One or Series.
Dude you need to have your xbox hard wired to the router and with an apen NAT
*Could you shut down the tv (Or switch to tv mode) while youre using remote play?*
From all the testing that I've done unless you have a constant 35 to 40 and above meg's then it's gonna be super spotty
I have xbox series s and pc , is there any way to connect my xbox too pc with lan or something and play games like battlefield with mouse and keyboard?
Anyone else have the issue of not getting any audio output for some games using xcloud?? Trying to play Destiny 2 but there's no sound coming from phone. I get sound when playing gears 5 and nier automata. Can't figure it out
I have Xbox game pass ultimate subscription on my Xbox series s and when I download the Xbox game pass app on my phone and sign in it recognizes I have an account but isn't recognizing I have the subscription and doesn't let me play any games
Yessir with another banger🔥
Please make more Series S vids! They’re easily my favourite out of yours and I can see that they get you the most views. Obviously, do what you want and enjoy the most on YT, I’ll still support you, keep up the great content! :)
Just curious, there is a difference between cloud gaming and remote play right?
I am looking to use my 4g/LTE mobile Data to Use my Xbox from home, Remote play is playing off your Xbox’s stream, and iCloud is the variant of just streaming games directly right? I know I can Cloud stream, but want to figure out how to use Remote play for both Ps5 and Xbox one
Good luck with the Channel in the future
It says enable on your console to get started and I already did and it don’t work
Does all the games works with razer kishi?
Honest Review !!!! Very very good !!!! Thank you very much !!!!!
Does this only work for android It doesn’t seem to work for iPhone
I don't have a Xbox
How to Xbox remote play on my Android with d3 Telescope game controller
Ur sistem have to be on for play “remote play”??
Failed to connect sometimes happens to me you have to restart your console on your phone and it should work
Mine never works even when I'm at home I think it's just because I have an Xbox one but I have all the settings enabled and if I want to play xbox games I have to bring my console
So you do have to leave the Xbox one/series power on. Even with the "instant on" selected, i think you have to leave the Xbox powered on right?? Or can you have it off in instant on standby mode or whatever...
Stand by...or sleep mode..it works
I had to enable portforwarding for the remote play to work outside the local network..
Does your Xbox need to be on to use this?
Yeah I experience the same thing with ps play. If I'm in the other room it works flawlessly but if I'm at school (2-ish miles away) it doesn't work as well (granted on school wifi)
Does anyone know if you could play two player with one person on the console and one person connected remotely on a separate internet connection?
If game sharing is on, then yes, but if both are using the same gamer tag, then you cannot. It's been 5 months since you asked so you may not need this anymore, but for everyone else reading, here you go.
Oh shootttttt I didn't expect him to actually test it XDDD YESSSS
What phone do you have ?
The part at 3:00 was a glitch in the OS where you had to reboot the Xbox every couple days. This (as far as I can tell) has been fixed
I have a very similar experience with it on same wifi it works fine on different wifi it rarely ever works
Can you do split screen?
I’m in a 5Ghz network with 15Mbps upload and it’s spotty as heck. Hoping they optimize it a bit soon
It doesn't matter you are in a 5ghz network or not cuz your wifi quality corrupts when you walk and also 5ghz needs very close distance to modem.
I can’t do that. Even looking at normal phone in the car I get motion sick.
Hey bro. I subbed. What's the difference between this one and the V2
Nice love it
5g is pretty much required for game streaming. Works really with it.
Nope, 4g works perfectly.
I’m having issues connect via 4G finds console but can’t connect via mobile 4G data or using someone else’s wifi can only ever connect when console & iphone are using same wifi… any ideas to solve this? Thanks
Driver: We're on the way you know?
Ceaser: Let's try the gamepass! 😂
Mine does the same thing and I have pretty good wifi smh it's so frustrating
Do you think the Xbox series x would work more efficiently than than the Xbox series s for remote play on the road?
there is no difference
@@One-lf3ilsabes si hay diferencia gráfica al jugar de forma remota con xbox series s o xbox series x?
I tried remotely play games on my Xbox series s and it’s works perfect 👍🏻 no issues while I’m at work on break time and we have not bad internet but I can say it’s poor but I haven’t had any problems
But do we not have to keep our consoles switched on?
No I'm could playing right now and my Xbox is off but I lag like hell and the app keeps kicking me out of the app
@@zunedcharaniya997you can put it in "Sleep" Power Mode. I think it requires you to put it in Sleep Mode when you turn on Remote Play.
i’m leaving to college and won’t have a tv can i just bring my console and controller and use my ipad as a tv?
Yes
You can with stadia
guys any ideas how to hide Android UI elements (battery life, clock, wifi icon) on the top of the screen on Remote Play? Are there any option to do this?
No idea, I would like to know too
Even though this is a year old video my connection is near perfect. It takes two passes to connect but it works without lag. Even across state. Yours don't work for the obvious reasons which you mentioned. You don't have the necessary equipment for remote play to work.
I would like one please
U only had 2 bars what did you expect atleast 3
This works for ghetto streaming decently.
I got so tired of waiting for the restock😒 I just got a series s for $450 with a extra controller and 3 months gamepass
Thank God
@John Joe i don't think so if u add it up its not too far off from the value and the shipping cost
I got my series S for 180 bucks
Your xbox probably wasn't turned on when you tried connecting which is why it didn't work
I want a the razer kishi
What has YOUR experience been like with remote play or xcloud?
Its works so good no lag for me and I'm using a Walmart phone Samsung galaxy ao1
I took a defective xbox one s. Only display 480p. So i took it plug it on my router without any display. And now i can play 1080p ay home without lag or go see play it at my grandma place at 2 hours far away on my phone easy.
Tried remote play for the first time today and have worked for me WiFi 5G iPhone 12 Pro Max, OG Xbox one made in 2017 on 5GHZ WiFi at home.
Ti please
You have to turn the console on using the remote control option before you can connect to the Xbox.
I NEEEEEED IT 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
You need to turn on your Xbox using the app that’s why your remote play didn’t work
About fucking time.
i am playing Xbox one s with my girlfriend and I don't like to use the controller either
This reminds me of the kid that knocked up a girl in highschool and would play fortnite on the bus and thinks hes cool bc he brought his controller
You need to have your XBOX on stand by and on
Dude, you need yo set your xbox to instant on first. Now it cannot connect because you didnt allow your phone to turn on the xbox
Boom.
CAN we play HALO 5 Guardians???
Yes. Any game on Xbox.
Does the Xbox have to be on?
Do you have to go to your settings on your Xbox and change it to where it turns it on when you turn your consul on and allow mobile gaming
Do you have to keep your Xbox on at home in order for your remote play to work ?
No. Console should boot by itself when you will select Remote Play on app.
@@mateuszdobija2254 oh ok thanks 👌🏽
Yeah your console has to be on and plugged into a power source while using remote play . All remote play is doing is mirroring basically what you would see on your tv screen onto your phone screen . So your xbox has to be on and connected to a power source to use it .
@@jawnnamedjon7315 ok thank you
The lag is real. Unless you're on the same wifi at home.
I played Forza 4 on it with barely any lag.
Hello ,Ceaser Rendon Tech and hello Every body Nice Video I sub and follow your video
at all my friends.
I would like to get the OneXplayer to play and watch my games on ma Xbox inside my OneXplayer like
your video. I want to use the application Remote Play .
Here is my question :
- May I run my games with the OneXplayer's Pad Controler or tell me if I have no other choice than using the Xboxone's oficial controler ?
- May I run my games with the Manette Asus Rog Phone 5/5s Kunai 3
Thanks your support , I will appreciate .
Have Fun ! ! ! !
You have to restart your console
Ralph Macchio is that you?
Lol everyone says I look like him
So remote play doesn’t work?
It will only work if you on the same network as your Xbox
@@mcdonaldvaneyck1097 false
8:30 you’re welcome.
For remote play to work u need to be on the same network as your Xbox so it won't work if his not home
you have to hold in the power button on your xbox console to reset your system when remote play doesn't connect it will fix it and connect next time you try to
No it doesnt
it works everytime for me whenever it fails to connect
You had horrible connection. You need to make sure your phone has a processor more than just capable to run it. As well as a 5G mobile connection or "gaming" wifi without a lot of people on that wifi except you. With great connection and a device that offers great performance then you get great results and vice versa. I use a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra with 5G enabled and it runs great. Though gaming around a lot of other people can mess with your connection so I usually secluded myself. It's definitely beta stages right now which is why it says that at the beginning of booting up. The things it'll achieve after alpha stages is going to be astonishing for sure, I can't wait. 🙌🏽
It depends how far away you are from ur console. Let's say ur console is in the other room and ur on the other side of the house you will get better signal then you would being for example, the other side of town. But that won't stop you from getting input lag upload speeds will be ur friend.
Works great for me far away I'm on 5g and the console isn't even hardwired just next to the router
The only way it works is if your Xbox is actually on
Can I have too because I woch youre videos I subscribe please 🥺❤️❤️❤️
It work a little bit,you can do better
Wassup
You need to use it wired. Doesn't work with kishi though because the port on kishi is only for charging. Also, gamepass is great. Remote play is amazing. You aren't set up right. When it works, which it does for me, its an xbox switch. Straight up.
You don’t wire your phone. You wire the console into the internet router with Ethernet cable (cat5e or better) WiFi from router to console is never going to be as good or as stable as wired directly to console. what are you wiring your phone to ? Doesn’t make any sense.
@@jeffro1005 who doesn't wire their phone? I do. W/ cat 8.
@@jeffro1005 in case you still don't understand. I am talking about a usb c to Ethernet adapter. This allows you to run on a wired connection and eliminate input lag and stability issues.
@@claytonyoung1351 interesting. Never heard of that. Kinda defeats the purpose of having “remote play” I have a fast internet speed around 250mb down and 60mb down. Haven’t had any issues. Not sure I’d want to have a cable connected to my phone to my router though. But if it works for you then awesome. You should post a video. 👍
@@jeffro1005 i have 50mb down and 20mb up. Can't get faster in my area. Also, it works well for a Chromecast and I got the idea from digital foundry. Its not as bad as it sounds. Like playing vr with a cable vs a standalone device. Of course wireless has its benefits, but performance on wired far exceed the benefits. Also, playing on a tablet isnt great holding it either. In a standing position with a separate controller is preferred and an Ethernet attached doesn't change your comfort level at all. But again, your internet far exceeds mine and we all do what we do to make the best of our own situation.
Get off the hotel wifi
