Hi everyone! There was an issue with this video as I uploaded it 3 days ago unlisted for patrons, but something happened that has never occurred before. I was hit with a copyright strike by onision BEFORE the video was even public for everyone to watch. twitter.com/DDsulzbach/status/1209153649064071168?s=20 The original upload had full visuals of onision (old school style video response) and I wanted to make it nostalgic like the old days on my channel with video responses. Unfortunately I was unable to do that without him detecting the video clips used. In order to count-act his false copyright strike I had to replace all visuals of onision with a photo.....in order for him not to be able to copyright strike it.

I know it's a bit out of date now but what he did to that woman is so beyond disgusting. He wouldn't pay for her to get a Dilation and Cutterage operation which is essential when you miscarry or you will die of septacaemia and menigitis. It happened to me, because some stupid surgeon did it wrong. My GP saved my life, he came out and rang an ambulance. I was about 4 hours away from death. I've never felt so ill so how on earth that brave young woman got home feeling like that hours away from death is a miracle in itself. Even his voice makes me want to throw up.

1. Shiloh didn't take any money from onion. Onion had no agreement that she would pay you back and in the eyes of the law then that is considered a gift. Onion needs proof of the oral contract.
2. Shiloh clearly wants her image to be removed. Once again, just because she is in it doesnt mean that she had agreed to it. Onion needs proof of an oral or written agreement.
3. With how onion is, it can be argued she was forced to do it under duress. The multiple testimonies from people, not to mention his penchant for posting information publically against peoples wishes, proves his lack of respect for a person's boundries (which could be argued that could be considered forcing her)
4. Washington is a two party consent law in terms of wiretapping. So by posting this recording (if its not a "skit") then onion broke the law and will easily lose a civil lawsuit (which already is money onion clearly doesnt have)

The thing is those Greg owns the video the only thing he has to prove is that Shiloh has agreed to be in the video. Any video where them two were doing a skit together is proof legally the only thing he needs to establish an agreement or consent.
ststuff consent is an iffy thing in court. Consent is something that can be taken away at any moment. He needs LEGIT proof of an agreement being made. As in written or verbal agreement(s) actually being said and put in place. A video is actually not proof of an agreement being made. Unless in the video they mention whatever agreement and Shiloh states in the video that its agreed upon.

My grandmother used to do that all the time; she would buy me unnecessary gifts or things that I said "I liked" but didn't want (i.e: "Oh that's cute, I like it" , "Do you want it?" , "No, I just thought it was cute." , "Put it in the cart, I'll buy it for you") But then down the line, if I didn't do something for her (if I was busy or something), she would bring that moment up and start using it against me such as "Wow! You're so ungrateful, I got you [this and that] and you won't do this for me!?" That's gone on for years since I was younger, and it's messed me up. Ever since that, I would feel extremely uncomfortable receiving gifts, people taking me out to eat, etc. And worry about paying them back so they don't hold such things over my head (or at least give them a chance to).
I've grown since then but this has brought back hurtful memories of those events that I've recently grown out of. It's a damaging, manipulative tactic and it's something I'm not surprised the little Freak is using to try and get his way.

As it is, nobody is suing Onision, nobody has filed a police report, nobody has laid charges, and no court case exists. Other than that, it's all very, very real ;) Probably the most real aspect of the Onision Industry is the real profit the feigned outrage companies have made batting 'ideas' around, as if they are presenting facts. Journalists have a code of ethics they are legally bound to uphold. UA-cam creators don't go by a code of ethics. We must listen very carefully to how they word things. Often, it's not what they say. The truth of their stories is more likely to be found in what they don't say.
Our host for this video has been asked more than once to point us to the law governing this situation, but he can't (or won't). Other members of the RVC (Reaction Video Community) have been similarly challenged to back up the online claims they are making in videos they make to earn money and sell merchandise. The quality of the claims is dubious at best, which makes me doubt the quality of the (other) merchandise on offer.
To be fair, it is Christmas, but atheists don't celebrate Christmas. As Onision repeats the word 'voluntary' over and over, Repzion similarly repeats the word 'contract' over and over. Neither person is making a valid, fact-based argument. Repzion's sarcasm mirrors Onision's sarcasm. They both use innuendo. On the other hand, the guy that identifies as 'manager' in the excerpted portion of a phone call acts courteous, professional, and reasonable. Onision and Repzion could learn from him.

While he doesn't deserve any defence, I remember there being an awareness campaign that you shouldn't say anything as a response to spam callers because of there being a scam which basically involved the caller asking "can you hear me?", the victim responding "yes" and that then being edited into a verbal contract against them. Of course the laws in the US are different but that's something worth noting.
(tl;dr you don't necessarily need a written contract, oral contracts in certain cases/jurisdictions can hold. Proof is a separate discussion)
