Thank you for video! It is only my opinion: Tess 550 Master is small and very smart! Bau Cruiser 26 is very practic boat! Imexus 28 is super universal! Have a nice day!
Nice video, pretty boats. I'll take the Imexus 28. Note to manufacturers: I'm surprised that there are no electric drive options. It could be easily done on vessels of this size.
The TES 550 is a chunky boy, wider than a Catalina 22 and displacing more water. They also sacrificed cockpit space for more cabin space, so someone will need to sit on someone else's lap to sit 3 people windward. You'll be grateful if everyone has been using the onboard shower then I suppose. Anyway it looks like the classic tradeoff: Definitely the best 18 footer to live aboard I've ever seen, but probably not the best to sail.
98% of the sailors if you ask say "If I wanted a boat that looks like a spaceship I would work for NASA." The new boats for the most part are well , , , ugly . That being said why can't they make a boat from the waterline up looks like a Bristol 27 or a Cape dory or even a Com-Pac . I love the look of a cat boat . It's what's under the boat that makes it fast or slow for the most part . Oh yeah I like dry feet so what's up with no transom . Yeah water runs out faster but more breaking waves come in also . Not a fan of new boats . You can pickup used boats that are better than any of the new ones and at a price that won't break the bank .
That tes550 5.5m or 18 foot with 2 berths, kitchen, toilet and shower. Darn thing is prettymuch a liveaboard for 1 to 2 people, 2nd berth used as storage. Thing could be out for weeks at a time
The Bay Cruiser is the only boat that looks all right, but with 120 000, it is way too expensive ! And I don' t like those open cockpitts towards the stearn. I once saved three sailors, because their boat sank, the sea got in from the back and the whole boat filled with water.
Well, some of these campervans may float for sure but is it enough to pretend being a boat ? Luckily, the Muscadet 650 is still built by Brava boatyard. More than 50 years after Philippe Harle designed it and ...what a boat ! No shower of course but it's blue ocean capable and crosed the Atlantic many times...
Let's be realistic on price for a moment. You can buy a house with all the trimmings for 120k and this is a list of boat dinghies not yachts. What's an Oyster go for these days? 150 slightly used?
This is an actual question - Take the XP-19 shown first, a nice looking little sailer with a "cabin". What if you are out for a sail expected to take several hours and someone needs to urinate? If the crew are all guys, or a nonchalant mix, sure - just let it fly off the stern. But what about female crew? Again, there are surely certain groups that would not care and so long as there is the right safety railing/line at the stern or sides and she can "pop a squat" as it were for overboard relief. Is there anything like a common distinction about when a head is needed on a sailing vessel?
_"Bucket and chuck it."_ Or if you aspire to something more sophisticated, there are several camping gear companies that sell tiny portable toilets that squeeze perfectly into the floor space of most cabins. Seaflo is one such brand that takes marine use into consideration. Afterward you can set the whole unit aside in a storage locker until there's an opportunity for discrete disposal. The challenge is trying to use it in heavy seas. In such moments a courteous captain might turn downwind for the sake of a distressed lady friend.
These aren't "small" and I'm barely thinking they qualify as "yachts". They are neato boats though! And certainly a bit more than a dinghy. When I think "small yacht" I think 30-40'. But maybe I'm nuts. 🤪
Are all of these trailerable? Little old wheel on Imexus is pretty silly, and the fake lapstake is not great. It looks like it is meant to be driven like a power boat as well as under sail. Most are attractive, but the Tes 550 is without a doubt the most hideous boat I’ve ever seen.
I am traveling the world to make videos with boats " WELL YOU SUCK BECAUSE THE FIRST THING ANYONE WANTS TO KNOW IS how much!!!!!!!!! WASTE OF TIME YOU ARE
A new concept- introducing and describing boats without any sound. Very imaginative.
There's never enough smaller craft content so thankyou. I will look out for them on the water.😎
Thank you for video!

Have a nice day!
That Swallow really utilizes space well.
not so much the pocket at 120k
It will also leave your pocket with a lot of empty space 😂 .
120.000 euro for a 26 foot boat? Golden keel?
a super model will give you head while in the head 😂.
Yeah, but you can always sell the keel and become a millionaire. 😂
Deadwood only
Yeah new boat prices are wild when you look at the perfectly good ones still out there for 10-20% of that price.
@@Shrouded_reaperboat depreciate faster than cars. Just buy second hand one. You can get a great used 40+ footer for the price of one of these boats
This just makes me love my long paid for Hunter 23.5 even more. Nice boats though.
🍀thank you so much for sharing these lovely boats, enjoyed the soundtrack to the video it was inspiring,🤸🌈🌊🏄

Well, that is, because there are very little charging stations at sea, dummy.😉
I was blown away by the Tes 550. That’s a 18 foot? Wow!
full shower and galley in 5.50 meters! This is sorcery!
Seldom doth euro boats maketh me to drool...yet this...this...
Not sorcery. Just the difference between a floating box and a boat.
@@pascalgrinberg5530 a floating sorcery
Not only is it the most beautiful, but a 5.5 mtr boat has the interiors of a 10 mtrs, and a very classic design is the best of the entire list.
@ I don't find it so beautiful, but yes, it is the best of the list!
For a quarter of what these small boast cost new you can buy used a very nice full size boat. Depreciation on these has got to be awful.
Want the best small yacht ever built? Cape Dory Typhoon. You’re welcome, can pick them up for $1500 sometimes and fancy ones for $5g
👏👏❤❤
Looks good, but my "Tuppence", a Cornish Crabber 17 2014 looks even better. She is now looking for a new owner for only 17 K GBP
small sailboats with GIANT prices!
I like seeing the layouts, even though I would never buy
Thanks for saving my time lol

You are 100 % right ! They all look ugly as shit, and when the waves come in from the back, they sink.
But today people love them.
Very MATURE!

Just go to the ship yard and make your own custome, is worth it price to performance & quality.
I like the window so you can look forward from down below in the last boat.
Che belle!
where is this exhibition please ?
When he pulled out the galley on that Bay Cruiser 26 ...😮
I will likely never own one but thanks for letting me look.
I had no idea smaller sailboats were ever fabricated with enough height within the inside cabin!

Who comes up with those price tags, or what idiot pays that?
Hilarious 😆😂
life is enjoyable , isn't it ?
Something tells me if I build my own, I'll get it for half the price.
I like to judge these boats with how comfortable they’d probably be by sailing the Solent in the UK 😂
SAILART 19 is defently missing here
Pour 120000 euros, on a juste un pauvre 40 pieds d’occasion en super etat .😊
Do is a favour and ask for starting prices

they put a cabin for a 28 foot boat on an 18 foot boat, sacrifices were made
Nie zauważyłeś Imexsusa???
Please lose the music. Only made a minute...
Good things with no real long keel to have fun for not big dictation .
Happy is the man who hath no boat.... Cornish saying
Like first boat but more racer style, really like 2nd boat black hull, hate interior of 3rd boat (wooden boxes in middle of bed area? Dumb! Last best!
These aren't yachts by any measure. They are day sailors. Yachts have cabins as well as galleys. NONE OF THESE VESSELS match that definition.
That Imexus pretty
Swallow is Bristol !
Where are the “yachts”? I see a few sailboats…
only a small some of 1,000,000L

Yachts is a Posers' (or Salesmans' ) descriptor.
Those are glorified Dinghies
Don’t think classifying these as “yachts” is quite accurate !
yachts just keep gettng uglier
None of them compare to the The First Benetau range...
Really... You can't talk about these boats ?
The music makes this unwatchable.
Why are all of these boats ugly?
Todos los veleros me parecieron horribles y súper caros 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼.
