For once, UA-cam’s recommendation algorithm worked (instead of showing crocheting videos 😂) and I just now found you. I love the no-repeat format. I have a TRX and a Total Gym in addition to free wts. I set up a 4 week playlist for strength training for 3 times a week that uses these 3 forms of resistance. I just now replaced other youtuber’s videos I had selected for free weights with 4 of yours. I can’t wait to get to them over the next month 🎉 I also set up a future playlist of yours to rotate in once the 1st month is done. Thanks for the no-nonsense videos that get down to doing the work in a timely manner❤
06/09/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this June SSS, the ankle weights I have seriously would not help me get any faster getting them on and off, so after that workout I kept them on until we were done! So, I went online and ordered me similar one because the ones Kaleigh suggested were unavailable! Needless to say, I will be getting those on Monday🙏 This was the perfect 20 minutes of just all-out sweat for me, and I cannot thank you enough for these quick but effective and powerful workouts you've created for SSS! #WeLoveYouTooKC
I loved the 20 minute and superset format. I felt like I never really got into the exercise, tho, before we were moving on to the next one. O , if I had to change weights in the middle, the time for that exercisewas almost done. If I do it again, I would make the 35 seconds longer, and maybe 10 seconds btwn each. Overall, tho, I love the idea of 20 minutes! Thanks!

Finished this week of my first go at 8 weeks of sweet summer sweat (2024)! I did not do the live cycle and strength though! How long is the cycle and strength workouts generally for the live Saturday sessions? I am nervous because I have not cycled often past 30 mins!
what was extra fun: wondering WHYYYY it was SO FAST PACED and halfway thru realizing i had it on 1.5 speed. so i did the work in RECORD TIME but those 4.8 second breaks were not enough lolllll WOOPS
