Props to Schecter for being the most lefty-handed-friendly guitar company, specially in those years of "we don't do lefties because its nonprofitable".
Schecter President: 'Everything in the Old School way, no technology here as in PRS or Ernie Ball' ... Nick: "Look How I Make My Guitar with Just 1 Button!!" 🤣
Man! I can only see this company getting better! I own one Of their Damien elite l.p style guitars and it is a beast! Stays In tune well and has never let me down! Thank you schecter! Keep up the great work! I want a schecter v soon.the l.p style Weighs in at 10.5 lbs and my back is sore! Lol !!
I have 2 main guitars. One is an ESP FRX and the other is a secondhand diamond series Damien. The Damien is 1/8th the price of the other but it's the one I'd always rather play. Being 1/8th the price says NOTHING about the craftsmanship. It is superb in design and masterfully crafted. Thanks, Schecter. I'm sure Lemmy would have loved that beauty of a bass.
Dave and i used to work in an autobody shop in Concord,Mass ,in 1965.Dave made his first guitar they using autobody plastic as well as other things !Great guy!
Enjoyed this post. I have a Diamond Series Model-T and absolutely Love it. Phenominal bass for the price. Can't imagine owning a Custom. If I could ever afford it.
Main reason i buy so many schecters is due to the lefty friendly models. They have the most and they build them near flawlessly. Most other companies just have 2 or 3 left models and its base models mainly.
Na, you can find good deals here and there. The Diamond Series is a damn fine guitar man, but let me tell ya, the CS is just another league, another sport. Looks for used ones, for some reason their CS guitars can be found for rather cheap used
"We not like the other company's using computer to make the guitars" 2 min later showing a computer controlled maschine making a body from piece a wood.😂🤣😂🤣
got a Schecter Hellraiser Hybrid C-8 Electric Guitar, 8-String from zz and the Neck pickup volume is controlled by rear/back most pot, and the Bridge pickup is controlled by the front or forward volume pot. zz just sold it to me and said to bother Schecter, Schecter said it is supposed to be that way because people like the bridge pickup and want the volume up front to be handy. I don't buy it, (well I did, over eleven hundred), their story that is... any thoughts? {I figured they got in a lot/batch that had the pickups backwards and decided not to loose money rating them B-stock and chose to sell them with a lie, funny they did not mention the backwards electronics in their advertising, funny no mention of the control layouts elsewhere}. zz blew me off and I've bought 4 guitars in 40 days from them, Schecter made up an excuse and refused to fix the defect citing it is "Supposed to be that way", thus also blowing me off. That's alot of money for a defective product that neither the seller or manufacturer will fix, had it 3 weeks.
Been playing for about 14 months. Have Epiphone LP, Schecter Omen Extreme FR, and 4 inexpensive but nice electric guitars. Recently I hit a growth spurt in my playing..I play every day. I almost sold the Schecter a while back because I didn't like the Floyd. But I kept it. I recently bought a Fender Blues Junior LTD amp and have been playing till my fingers bleed and my ears don't work. Now that I'm really playing...I'll play the Les Paul or strat for a while and think ya, this neck profile is the best, I love this guitar...then I pick up the Schecter and immediately I'm playing better, the neck feels PERFECT, and the sound blows everything else away. I won't even say "for the money the Schecter..." no, regardless of everything, Schecter guitars are the best. Period! Buy one. Don't hesitate, don't ponder, just pull the trigger. It reminded me of riding motocross. I had a Honda CRF250R and a ridiculously expensive KTM XC250. I'd ride the KTM for hours are the track, then hop on the Honda and IMMEDIATELY feel better, ride faster and safer, and just absolutely love that Honda. I never figured out why the KTM was just never the bike for me, it was impossible without changing everything one component at a time. So I sold the KTM. The Honda is like a meal prepared by a chef, the ktm had the same ingredients, but was thrown together by a cook and will never taste as good. Then the Schecter. Made by a chef, I have no clue why but I can just play way better on it. I just hope Schecter continues building guitars for as long as I'm playing!

Your pickups are too loud for what I play. So I'll stick to Fender products.
A lot schecters have coil tapping to make it sound like a fender
