Most underrated guitars and basses out there. Hands down. So many bought and then sold shortly thereafter because people didn't take the time to get to know the pickups and electronics. Sad
I just bought the s500 Tribute - Sonic Blue
Their guitars are fantastic
Not in a million years would I sell my L-1500 Bass, that introduced me to G&L. I got it like a jackpot in a swap for an ultra light weight Yamaha that I owned. The guy had back problems so he gave me the G&L. I've just bought an Espada (the first version with the p-bass style mini split coils). Waiting for delivery and I've never been as excited for an instrument. I've been watching and reading everything about g&l these last couple of weeks, and can't wrap my head around how fantastic this company is. Just the vibe in this production facility. How can they compete with Fender-prices as a rather small manufacturer? It's insane. Their guitars look and sound better than most big brands. The Espada will be my favorite guitar ever, I know it, and I've owned a lot. Nice to know now it's also been plek'ed in this very machine in this video. I'm still looking for the ideal Doheny, that would complete my dream gear then 😍
Thanks for sharing this, it’s awesome to get a glimpse into the shop. Makes me love my G&Ls even more.
my favourite guitar company :) thanx for this video Thomann
You're welcome Luka! Do you own any G&L axes?
//Andy
Indeed I do. 2 x USA made Jerry Cantrell signatures and USA made Comanche. Necks on those are fantastic and fretwork is outstanding. Definitely I will be getting another G&L in the near future :)
I love mine! AWSOME guitars, but I love my strat and my Epi les Paul is pretty killer too!
Thank you and Kris it's great to have someone do the video who appreciates what's going on
I need to rob a bank now for a new guitar !!
such a cool video. And Dave seems like a great guy ! Very enthusiastic at least.
I find him annoying. Living on the memory of Leo. How about making a name for himself?
Thanks and hello from our new channel! 🙏
Great sounding quality.
thanks for this video man!
Brazilian RW or Cherry? I'm sure that was a mistake. Looks like cherry, but others say Caribbean RW. Both are very dense, heavy woods that will work just fine for fretboards. Great tour, thx!
I have 3 gibsons,1 fender ,a prs,a taylor and a yamaha now its time for a nice high quality GnL...Love these guitars and have no dealers in my area or I would have one...Guess its time for a road trip..
Well... we are here waiting for you with quite a few G&L's in stock.
Come and get us. :-)
//cheers, Kris
Thomann Music where you located??
Do they still plek all of their instruments before they go out the door? I’ve heard they don’t.
Omg that fretboard on the middle 5 string when they’re doing the dots....
Just don't panic, it's not instant glue or anything like that, it's wood glue, which dries slowly and is water-dilutable, they just washed it off easily right after the shot. Also remember this is BEFORE dialing in the radius (the sequence just before that in the video). 😉 But yeah it looks 😬😬😬 for a second 😅
cooles Video
It is a good Video :-)
Which other factories would you like us to visit? Let me know in these comments.

How about Fender, Japan?
Fender Mexico would be my second choice.
Gibson next 😉
If we can make it happen, we will!

Part 2 will be released today in about 7 hours

"Just like Leo did it" "Just like Fender used to do it"
"Just like Fender use to do before they became corporate overlords"
“Brazilian rosewood, no cites troubles”????
Five minutes later, the monotonous, vociferous commentator was itching in my head, and the sounds at the factory were left somewhere behind, so the video is excellent, but I would work with the sound before uploading it to the public.
last time i bought a violin from thonmann and the strings broke in under 5 more days
Why didn't you just send Leo to a taxidermist and have him on display as you repeat the mantra?
