Interesting/informative/entertaining. Excellent photography picture dispicting a much needed tank delivery. Special thanks to veteran soldiers who kept diaries. For future generations to better understand the hard ships/misfortunes/casualties. Military forces personnel encounter on a regular basis.

The British stood alone because Churchill was brave and determined whereas many other leaders only sought safety.

Davies growth as a soldier from the boy he was when he joined us was, may I say, palpable.

There seems to be multiple repetition. Did no one listen to the final narrative before uploading it?

Would have appreciated information on the equipment both sides were using but there was no mention of it. There's always the question of how wimpy British tanks were able to face a Panzer 3 or 4. How about what artillery each side at its disposal? Who had the advantage of superior equipment?

Am I missing something? A Churchill tank had a crew of 5. The author only seems to mention himself a 3 other crew members.

I think near the beginning their was mention of it being a crusader tank

I am going from the intro write-up beneath the photo and title which indicates that it was a Churchill. @@andyharding8630

As far as I know there were no churchills in 1st el Alamein.
It is either a crusader or a matilda.

This fellow had many interesting experiences but even tank commanders need editors

The amount of palp was palpable.

So many words, so little information, so much repetition, so many platitudes.

Silence would have been preferable. Everyone was a perfect soldier, apparently.

I used to really enjoy this channel, way too many infomercials now.

Good job but it would be so much better if a British soldier had a British accent and an American had an American accent. The German accent really hurts the authenticity.

Are these real? The reason I ask is because they are too well written, people don’t right personal journals with the skill of a novelist.

      Using AI

Yeah there are tons of these War Stories channels and they are definitely not reading battlefield diaries. In some cases it's a bot reading from published memoirs but if there's no mention of the source I agree it could be AI.
