In this episode of "The Art of Cherry Picking," we pick up from $174 and drive two more passengers to end up at $330 for the day. I start by sharing a clip of a cat by the beach at Torrey Pines State Reserve in La Jolla. Torrey Pines is known for its beautiful coastal views and hiking trails, making it a favorite spot for locals and tourists.
My game plan involves using upfront pricing to get rides towards Escondido, Poway, El Cajon, or Alpine, all on my way home to Julian. I talked about a $15 ride offer that didn't include the surge and how Uber then offered a $14 ride from the same location. Frustrated, I declined with my signature phrase, "Hell no, Uber!"
Throughout the day, I faced three cancellations, which is unusual. I also share a tip about how Uber's offers start low and gradually increase, teaching you to cancel smaller offers to cherry-pick higher ones. I accepted a $14 ride from Carlsbad to La Jolla, dropping off at Guy Fleming Trail in Torrey Pines, known for its scenic hiking paths.
Picked up at Seven Mile Kitchen in Carlsbad, a popular food spot, I then navigated back to San Diego Airport, using cherry-picking strategies. After a detailed earnings analysis, I parked near Torrey Pines Golf Course and Hilton Hotel, eventually getting a $10 UberX Share ride. I share a crucial tip: always stop new requests on UberX Share to avoid additional passengers.
I received surprise tips on UA-cam and from past rides, boosting my earnings. I highlight my WhatsApp group where veteran drivers exchange tips and discuss a member turning a $148 Uber ride into a $400 cash ride. Despite a long queue at the airport, I used destination mode to head home without any rides, choosing to drive 60 miles empty-handed.
By the end of the video, I revealed I made $330 for the day and provided a weekly earnings update: $591 from two days of driving, 16 trips, and 13 active hours. I conclude at Panda Munchie in Alpine, a busy sushi restaurant known for its delicious food.

I love Uber ❤️ because I am creating content because of Uber and helping other drivers. I am sure one day Dara will thank me in person. Most of us are quitting Uber. As my income on UA-cam goes up my Uber driving goes down.

It's nasty here also, but I drive 15 hours a day and take advantage of 4am to 4 pm, and I work on my youtube channel all day. It's hard, but don't give up and learn about meditation and manifesting. I ask God for help when it's slow. I ask the universe to give me $250 in less than 10 passengers, and most of the time, it works 💪 and my point is it's not all me. Lots of luck and prayers 🙏

Most drivers don't make what I do because they tell me that they get $3 and $5 offers all day... remember you can always move to Boston which is the number one market in America or move down to California which is also a top Market

Hey bro! I’m new to Uber & Lyft and started driving in San Diego today. Sadly can’t do comfort yet only x. Got lost in John Wayne Airport today. Where should I start to start my day? Do I need to go to the zones after the waiting area?
Welcome to driving Uber and Lyft, but remember, write your industry is just the bandage on your income. Make sure you have another way of making passive income. Regarding your question in San Diego if you look in the Uber driver app by the airport there will be a Que button click on it and it will never get you to where you can park your car where all the other drivers are waiting. For John Wayne Airport, you just need to be close to the airport within 3 Mi, and you end up in the queue. Keep asking questions, and I will try to create content that helps you and other drivers.
Uber called me today and asked me why am i turning down so many rides , i wont move less than 10.00.....
No way... how do you know it's Uber? That is very strange 😕 but scruber will do anything to put fear in drivers. Stay strong and record your screen and calls 📞 with them.

Be careful with that there's sometimes people hacking the Uber algorithm and the Uber contact information they call you as Uber but they're not Uber and they're trying to trick you so be careful because I got screwed for $800

I'll make a video 📹 but Uber support called me and forced me to change my cash out and stole $800 and $600, and when I found out they didn't do anything 🙃 Uber was in on it. I recorded it might make a video 📹 but it hurts 😥

Yes, $15 to $20 or $35 to $50 when busy
But if I am going to my first location and I get a $13 ride, I'll take it it's close to $15 and towards a hot spot and same at night I'll take $10 going home towards home but only if it's slow.
