Uber and Lyft are paying you about $12 per hour after gas and repairs and that’s with a hybrid vehicle. It’s insane to work for these companies, I’m definitely looking to get out.

just did a 3.4 hour - 6 trips Uber Eats; somehow fund two doubles w great tips. barely drove 40 miles and netted $94.45 - then it started raining and the jobs were going away from home and I was hungry, the the hourly tonight was great so rather than drive in the rain I stopped and had dinner.

I live in a town of 500,000 people. Many of the rides that I get offered show that the rider is 9-15 miles away for a 3-5 mile ride. I never take these rides since they just consume time.

If you're a cherry-picker, Uber will reward you if you start taking the shitty rides. You'll have 2 or 3 good days. But then, they will tighten the screws again, figuring they have broken you. Then it's time to cherry pick again.

I have 16% delivery acceptance rate and a 95% satsifaction rate I have a 22% cancellation rate and a 4.75 today I signed on around 5PM and was home by 12 midnight w $129.96 in earnings with about 105 miles. Mostly deliveries and 2 riders, one which took me from FLL to my home area after a delivery to the airport. $15.00 gas @20 mpg and $2.74 a gallon a BJ's

Wow I am watching your video first time but do exactly same " boycott " my minimum is $15 , I don't understand this $2.40 rides in California, even coffee in 7-11 this days $2.80

my experience w the shitty rides is simple. I won't take them unless I am already going that way anyway, they have to be going back to the general direction I want to be in or the dollars per mile won't add up at the end of the shift. I have also seen the same riders be offered over a 10 minute period and its obvious that no other driver wants to take them, so unless they increase the tip amount, as far as I am concerned they can stand there waiting for an unshowered migrant to drive them in the same car he sleeps in. Its also a very good idea for drivers to do a mix of Uber Eats and X because I have frequently been double and even tripled up on food deliveries, but you have to be very picky because some people will try to get their food delivered for almost nothing, but many doubles are going to the same area, lets say 10 miles away but within a mile of eachother, this is the only and best way I have been able to maximize this scammed up app to the guys who say they beat the throttling by restarting the app, this is very true. I just frequently shut off the app as soon as I see only $3.00 - $5.00 rides, take a break for 10 minutes and turn it back on. remember: if Uber has more drivers than riders - they will screw as many drivers as they can until they learn their lesson not to play Ubers game. If Uber is paying drivers an avg of $1.25 a mile - it is $5.00 per mile in a taxi with a $5 drop. The customer is still paying way below current taxi rates so keep that in mind. When appropriate ask the riders to throw another $50 on the tip. I have gotten it twice after asking

Hey there, Uber pros! So, here's something a bit weird that's been happening to me. A few days ago, I filled out an Uber survey that popped up in my driver app. In the survey, I mentioned an instance where four people hopped into my car (happens more often than I would like), whereas it should have only been one or two passengers. I expressed my opinion that there should be extra charges for the additional individuals, especially on long-distance trips. Since then, I've noticed that my ride requests have been getting throttled a lot more. Ever experienced something like this?

I make 200 a day on a slow day, I usually get 450 a day if I do the whole 12 or 13 hours

Idea for a UA-cam channel: TELL US A GREAT SPOTS TO EAST HEALTHY and not expensive food in a city. Restaurants , cafe, grocery store where you can buy some decent healthy food for cheap to save some money
