I've just bought a tyst 4 M/E. And even if I've tried to spend some time with the mapping in central control ended up that transition for mix1 won't work as expected from the vmix preset the consolle come within, and the part of the ptz is really not usable anyway. The only way was possible to settle at least the cam ID with the dynamic input in vmix itself with the joystick too... Unfortunately the midi controller can't be used simultaneously by vmix and central control directly so I really don't know why vmix didn't settled some ptz presets shortcut correlated to the IP address of the camera and it's NDI presets recall... Isn't quite what I did it expected from the usability stand point of view, even if I've to say that the quality of the product itself feel solid enough. Not sure if those things will be solved in the future making this product a better experience overall.
I have all the gear and applications you've mentioned and I totally agree with all your observations. The setup via Central Control is fantastic!
