my younger brothers are identical twins, one of them has a larger ear on one side is slightly taller very energetic and the other is very anxious and extremely thin. They have both eaten about the same food and live in the same house, went to the same school etc., the point being that it doesn't require the crazy circumstances he described for noticeable phenetic changes to take place due to epi genetics. I known that this doesn't really matter but the whole situation he described just seemed over dramatic.
This is not a "Library of Errors" it is a "Library of Lies".
I think there's enough grammatical and spelling errors to warrant both names

Lactose tolerance is not epigenetic! It is due to mutations in the regulatory gene that controls the lactase gene. This mutation is not the same in lactose tolerant populations. Different mutations have independently arisen in pastoral populations.

I haven't finished watching this but I wanted to tell you that I am a Gnostic who loves science and although I believe in spirit (it helps me get through the day honestly), I tend to fall on the side of science and the scientific method. I found your channel and you are a brilliant young woman. Please keep up your channel and I will contribute to your patreon. It's so important to stay true to the proven truth, to fight the lies people spew out in order to cash in, and to not give in to the internet bullies who might try to discourage you from continuing.

My expectations for this appendix were sufficiently low that I was *not* disappointed. Very enjoyable treatment, looking forward to the next part.
@18:17 RawMat could be using the fact that creationists are not known for their ability to research specific topics, to hide the uncomfortable truth of what the scientific paper says.
I know whenever I am debating with one on here, and I leave a link to a further information video. The vast majority of the time they do not even bother to click on the link and watch the short video. FYI I always select a short video, as well as fairly simple videos, so that they will be easier for my debate partner to access.
Even if epigenetic changes to genes weren’t passed on, it wouldn’t disprove evolution.
Injuries are not passed on. They don’t disprove evolution. Only the process of epigenetics needs to be passed on

There's so much in here, so I'll have to go over it at least once more, to digest, and appreciate all of it properly.
You shouldn't feel bad about being rude to those who deliberately lie and twist the science. Rawmatt and his friends have no concept of honesty whatsoever nor do they have the desire to be honest. These individuals who continue to promote fraud should be treated with contempt.
I would say that at times it's necessary to take actions that could be percieved as rude when offering constructive criticism. Maybe I have a thick skin or are just that emotionally stunted, but I've never been offended by someone trying to offer advice. Someone that I already have a bias against giving a valid criticism of something I over looked, yes...but not something I'm open to improvement of.
I only say this because I think it's relevant to consider that some creationists are so personally invested in a particular view, that using strict facts to brute force ones way into a unintiated persons psychological narrative, likely won't produce favorable results.
Tldr, humility sucks and isn't easy to obtain for anyone.
Creationists tend to be fundamentalists, and they have little regard for human rights or dignity

When you read the text about the larger spleens in the population whether they did diving or not I wondered if you were reading from a paper, not the appendix. Nothing like quoting (twice) data that undermines his thesis assumption.

There is quite a bit of alcoholism in my family, on both sides. My father’s side has some but my mother has lots.

What does Matt think _does_ all these methylations and such? It's enzymes that are constructed according to genes. If not all human populations are able to regulate their gene expression this way, then guess what the difference is? A mutation! "Look, it's epigenetic!" does _not_ mean no mutations are involved. He's being a silly willy.

Evolution is a fact of biology that has been observed both in nature and in the lab countless times. It is ridiculous to claim that it is false.
