- I got stopped by Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries to check for my fishing license and fish limits. Caught some fish to fry and even tried a Sailcat for the first time. (Delicious)

Sailcat fillets are pretty good I get them out of the inter coastal no batter just salt and pepper when I made it. It should be a lot better with batter
First thing I do when I get my fishing license is take a picture of it with my phone. Not sure if that’s acceptable in your area but it is in Ohio
