    Thank you so much for these tips! I’ve recently started running and messed up my knee one day it’s been hurting ever since. I did these stretches today and the pain is finally gone!

    I'm watching your tips so thanks for that! I'm still waiting to see what/if anything damaged with knee, so I'm still taking it easy.

    These knew exercises are helpful, and I've added them to your 60Vigeo Program I'm currently doing. Do you have a recommended number of sets for each? Thanks so much.

      That's fantastic to hear! For the new exercises you've added, I'd recommend starting with 2-3 sets initially and see how your body responds. You can gradually increase the number of sets as you feel more comfortable and as your strength and endurance improve. It's important to listen to your body and adjust accordingly. Keep up the great work!
