Agree with your tips. I do something similar. Triple antioxidants instead of one. I start with Dr Sheths Niacinamide green tea toner after cleansing, then I use ER COQ10 serum, followed by Concious Chemist Vit C serum as it has Ceramides to protect the skin barrier. Then I do double suncreens. Spf30 moisturizer and then a dedicated suncreen. Key is to use suncreens with completely different filters so you get the max coverage from all filters. This doesn't mean the spf adds up to 70, but the filters spread out and provide max coverage. I use Oriental Botanics spf30 as it has modern chemical filters and top it with Re'equil just like you do. I use Nivea for body. I should consider using it on hotspots on my face as last step....will need to check out it's filters and compatibility with other 2 suncreens I use. I'm travelling to Maldives next week. This will be a true test. I've been doing this for months and don't see a difference because my exposure to sun is very little on a day to day basis

I did something similar when I went trekking. Earth rhythm spf 50 as a base layer and reequil spf 50 on the high points. I used niacinamide serum though, maybe will try with vitamin c serum too!

I wear 3 sunscreens 🤣 i use Korean mineral sunscreens all spf50 plus and I don't get a white cast or too much grease 🤷🏻♀️ find one that suits your skin type
Actually I had bought bioderma sunscreen from nykaa but when I recieved it it was heated up after two days it separated from water and particles. 😩 I tried earth rhythm but it made my dark spots worse.

Is it safe to use two different brands or two different formullation spf together.....is it reduce the each other effectiveness????
I think two chemical sunscreen can reduce each other effectiveness though I am not sure. Lab muffin beauty channel in which she has PhD in chemistry said not to use two chemical sunscreen. Though I have listened from Cyrille laurent channel who is also researcher ; he said if after chemical sunscreen you are using pure mineral sunscreen to top it up it is ok. But if the chemical sunscreen has avobenzone then you should not apply mineral sunscreen of zinc oxide because avobenzo and zinc oxide can't go with each other.
What I have understood from Cyrille Laurent channel is that we should use spf50+ and high uvapf value or high ppd value protection. Because tanning and premature ageing is related to uva and burning is related to uvb. Very few companies give their uvapf or ppd value. Bioderma max cream has 42 ppd , Bioderma aquafluid has 24 ppd, Cetaphil lipsomal kid has uvapf of 35, Requil dry touch has uvapf of 22.
Uvapf rating is different from pa rating?
And If yes, then what is the meaning of this uvapf rating?
Whr did u find out abt requil’s ppd rating? I cant find it on der website
@@Lily_-iz4py Actually I have sent email to them by asking the exact ppd value. So after 1 day they replied and said that Requil ultra dry touch sunscreen has spf of 62 and ppd value of 22.5.

No, the Sunscreens used suit my skin type, if you have really oily skin can skip the Nivea step. Otherwise it's just 2 steps
