Will you recommend it to someone with oily and sensitive skin?

Absolutely! I have oily skin and it doesn't make my skin any more oily than normal; it also doesn't dry out the face. In fact, I use a little Ceatphil with it sometimes immediately after I wash my face to add a little more moisture in the mix.
