Can I use this moisturiser after I put my Benzoyl Peroxide.. I use the benzoyl peroxide at night and leave it for 5 min and then put the moisturiser. Do you think it’s okay?
This is exactly the routine I have. I put this moisturiser on, and then I use epiduo (benzoyl peroxide) over the top every few days. The reason I put it over the top, is because I spread the moisturiser all over more sensitive areas of my face and neck, and benzoyl peroxide as you know is very irritating so I don’t want that spreading over areas I don’t want it to. But yes, it has worked wonders for my skin. It hasn’t felt dry or cracked like it has done in the past using benzoyl peroxide.
After cleansing , if you use serums then you apply the moisturizer after serum other wise after cleansing, dry your face then apply the moisturizer ( no you don’t add water)
Pretty sure the only difference between the AM and PM is that the AM has SPF 15. If you use sunscreen with the PM, it works for the daytime. That's what I do and so far I haven't had any issues.
I just got mine today.. With cerave blemish control cleanser. With ordinary serum.. I hope i come for my testimony too.
