Thank you for turning me on to the ultra light. I used the AM for awhile, and it was unimpressive.
Just the review I was looking for, thank you! I wanted to give the ultra-light a try, but I was worried it would be similar to the AM one... which I absolutely didn't like... too thick feeling and some pilling also. I feel more comfortable with giving the ultra-light a try now ;)

I used the AM for about a year back in the day before I knew how much SPF you're supposed to wear, and I didn't hate it. I suspect a lot of the people who like it are using waaaaaay less than they're meant to. Love the Ultra-Light though!

I wish I had viewed this before I bought the AM Cream. So I'll use the AM lotion on my neck and decolletage and use the Ultra Light lotion on my face.
lol I liked the ultra light too, but it's good to know I probably wasn't missing out on the other version. I remember even the ultra light was pretty dewy on my oily skin, so it's probably one I'd only use during the winter.

I've been using CeraVe AM with a layer of hyaluronic acid under and I thought it was an issue with the products not mixing up well, but it is in fact the CeraVe that has the problem, too bad cause those products are not the cheapest. But on the other hand their PM formula is SOOOO GOOD! * Nice Review!!! * =)

Same experience with hyaluronic acid I layer it now in the summer with niacinamide from the ordinary and it mixes well but the combination makes the skin quite oily which ig can worsen acne prone skin , that why I’m excited to use the ultra and see the results .In the winter Though it works amazing with mandelic acid also from the ordinary because my skin tends to be drier and it hasn’t cause any breakouts yet .

Honestly not really… I rely on setting sprays and powder! But I’ll keep looking 😊
I did find one! Bioderma - Sébium - Mat Control Cream - Mattifying and moisturizing daily cream - for Combination to Oily Skin - 1 fl.oz. They sell it in drugstores where I'm from but maybe they don't where you are. Fortunately they sell it on Amazon! Good luck sis hope you like it
I've been using the AM lotion for a while, but it always felt heavy and uncomfortable, as if I was wearing sunscreen. I've considered the ultra-light version for a while but was worried I'd have the same issues. This review was super helpful! I'm definitely going to try the ultra-light now. Thank you so much

I wonder if CeraVe changed the AM moisturizer. It was my go to SPF moisturizer for years but that changed once I fell in love with the formulation of Japanese sunscreens.

And here I was about to purchase the am cream. What sunscreen would you recommend for:
1. Oily skin that won't be greasy,
2. Won't sting the eyes and
3. Won't leave a white cast.
Are these 3 things impossible to have in one product?
Haha good question. You might find what your looking for in my sunscreen ranking videos but just know that eye-stinging is very up to the individual
Can I add “doesn’t smell like sunblock” to the list? I know that should be the least of my worries, but it just really bothers me lol (I think it reminds me of my least favorite parts of summer as a kid lol).
You should try Skin Aqua Super moisture gel gold sunscreen! - perfect for oily skin!

This is why i use Korean sunscreens cayse they dont pill, theyre very lightweight, and they use better UV filters

The Ultra-Light is the only SPF that doesn't burn my eyes and I don't know why. It has the same actives as the other 2 that hurt my eyes so why THIS one doesn't irritate I haven't a clue.

It would have been good if it didn't pill up, since the cast is not noticeable, I hope they reformulate it.
I would use it back in high school, about 6 yrs ago. Pilled back then too lol
And they still haven't reformulated it since then, smh.
How long does it takes to see changes because I’m using am in the morning and pm in the evening for a week now and I have seen no changes

very weird because i use the first one that caused you pilling and has never done ny pilling like htis before! not sure if you got a bad bottle? i use it every day and never seen that before! any one else get this?
Glad it works for you! It pilled for me when I tried it a few years ago too... no idea what's going on with that lol
