Gotta say - 2:04 this is the best acting I've ever seen Gerald do. I always thought of him as a comedy actor. Bravo!..no wonder he won the Emmy.
Geez. I had my baby at 24 weeks. Neither her nor I were expected to make it. I also had just met the two drs that performed my csection that day. One of them was just like dr K. He was amazing. Drs like this are the BEST.

They should have named Randel after doctor K. Not only it matches with the rest of the K's, but he also led Jack to adopt Randel
I think they named him after a poet Randall's biological father liked to give Randall some kind of connection to his birth parents.
I think dr. K's name is a bit complex.
