I tried this one today and it was enough of a workout I'm not going to try the next one until I've had a chance to rest. I also walked one trip around the neighborhood this morning. I'm a little tired, but not bad considering my glucose was a little higher this morning, compared to this weekend. This morning I weighed myself again, and I'm down to 175.5lbs! I've been trying to complete my walking goal daily, but after doing it I think 4 days in a row, my leg muscles were mildly sore, so yesterday and today I walked less, but still got some accomplished. I have a question. I've been taking cayenne, a little spicy but adding lime helped. I don't know how many heat units are in my current cayenne pepper, but it's probably 30k or 35k. The bottle doesn't say and I couldn't find it online. I turned the rest of what I had into capsules, just to make taking it a little easier. And I ordered a 1lb bag of organic cayenne pepper with 75,000 HU. Would a cayenne pepper with 75k HU be more effective for burning fat than a variety with 30k or 35k, or does it not matter? I did find some that was 100k HU and another that was I think 130k HU maybe. That's really hot for a cayenne pepper! I think the 75k will be just fine. Oh, one more thing. I double checked my app and it was 175.7 lbs this morning, not 175.5lbs. But that's still fantastic! God bless you and keep you always Mere! 🙂

Hey Mere and Gabby, what can I do to relieve serious muscle soreness in my thighs? I went out dancing for my birthday now I cant hardly move. I don't want to start gaining weight because I can't do my workout. Appreciate your help girls
