Yes that is correct, each pen is designed to give 4 doses of the relevant strength with exception of 0.25mg pen. It's a very bad idea to start directly from 1mg if you are first time starter. One can face serious side effects if starting on full 1mg dose from beginning and have never been on the drug. Ensure you have your endocrinologist supervision and start on lowest dose of 0.25mg if first time starter

This will be equal to 0.5mg dose. Usually its not convenient or cost effective to inject twice. You will finish the 0.25mg pen device of Ozempic in 4 weeks You might instead inject once by using the 0.5mg pen device.
If i tacke 05mg every week from 1m thats mean it will be consumed in 2 month?

so its cheaper if you buy 1 mg pen . you can make 0.25 mg for 18 clicks for 4 weeks then change it to 0.5 mg 36 clicks for 6 weeks.

Buy insulin pen needles 4mm in size... usually I advise BD insulin needle 4mm or you could buy Novofine insulin pen needles 4mm in size
