    Bodyweight 68kg/70kg (150lb - 155lb)
    Barbell Benchpress 170kg
    Height 5'11" - stays the same... ;)
    If you are 15 - 18 in highschool,
    about 6' and weigh around 145lb - 150lb,
    wondering if you can get strong or bigger...
    ... wonder no longer - you can.
    Easier to get stronger than bigger.
    * Easier to maintain into your 50s' like myself, as well.
    (As you age, you will get 'bigger' - unfortunately) :P
    Suprise people in your senior year when you are bench-pressing
    the amount most people think only the 'big' guys can - and passing them.
    * happened with me, true story, can happen to you!
    Rule:
    Be safe - join your schools weightlifting class so you can get (hopefully) expert advice. (wont lie, in GenX days, it was wild west with the quality of coaching we got... kinda figured it out ourselves, and got hurt as well)

    If you are college age,
    Should be good to go, advice is the same.
    honestly, I started at 15 and 18 is when things took off.
    Does that mean in a year you can too?
    Try it out. :)

    If you are middle age you are too busy doing whatever to care. :P
    ...
    if you are 50s and above, you are either healthy or gave up...
    dont... if you never did it - yes, it will be hard if not feel impossible.
    Getting back in shape was a b**** for me...
    ... but easier than had i never done it.
    Life is short - be safe, enjoy it!

    I’m lazy and tired to do exercise just because the weather is hot…and then cold 😅. You’re very determined 👍
