简单的鸡蛋和番茄食谱，中国菜
Ingredients:
3 pieces Tomatoes
3 pieces Eggs
50 grams Cheddar Cheese
Spring Onions
Salt
Black Pepper
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Procedure:
1. Slice off the top of the tomatoes, then set aside the top portion. Romove the inner part of the tomatoes.
2. Add chopped spring onions and sliced cheddar cheese inside the tomatoes. Pour in the eggs into the tomatoes.
3. Add with a pinch of salt & black pepper each. Top with spring onions and grated cheddar cheese.
4. Brush olive oil in a baking pan. Place the tomatoes in the baking pan using the top portion to balance and keep the tomatoes in upright position.
5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes 200°C.
6. Serve! 🍽️🍅🥚🧀
