I have never seen so much conversation four games into the year for a team with all new coordinators being 2-2. to act like they’ve been a letdown makes no sense for games into the year. If they go onto the NFC championship game, all these conversations are gonna seem so stupid.

I dont agree with alot of what Stephen A says but on this one he's absolutely right the Cowboys had more ppl believing in given what happened last year to the Eagles down the stretch nobody had much faith in the Eagles anymore the Cowboys were expecting to be very good with Dak had a career year last year despite loosing in the playoffs but most talk shows going into this year having higher hopes for the Cowboys over Philly.
What ? Ppl were praising the Eagles for signing a bunch of players in the off season and the Cowboys did nothing but lose players and coaches Dallas wasn't picked to make the playoffs and Hurts was playing bad since game #1
Tell me how the browns going to their backup makes the browns a completely different team. You just said Dallas beat a bad browns team don’t change up now that the eagles arr playing them. The eagles are back to full strength there is no excuse to not beat the browns by 3 touchdowns just like the commanders and cowboys did
The defense was going to be bad regardless. This team invested in offense. Once they get healthy, there will be no more excuses for Jalen hurts. I don’t think he is good, his pocket presence is piss poor. I wanted to believe in him, but he is the same mid player. Whether it’s Winston or Watson, hurts should outplay them if he’s anything you think he is.
I had the eagles at 3-1 and dallas at 3-2 before the season.
Just by my preseason predictions i have to say the eagles are bigger disappointment so far. Not even from cowboys fandom just from how i viewed both teams would be after week 5 before the season vs what transpired
The giants win by dallas is better than people give credit for . Giants literally could of beat commanders after missing 3 field goals

They could say Dallas could almost be 1-4 tho using this logic into the other two wins.

but they're not 4-1. you can't use the logic to say they could be 4-1 and not you use that same logic and say they could be 1-4. the cowboys are decent they lose in the playoffs like always and the eagles suck with or without the injuries

@travisoshea idk I had them at 3-2 at this point but I had them losing to cle and winning v NO but their record is still 3-2 with all the injuries they've accrued and their inability to stop the run. I'm excited to play sf for the first time in years
I would actually argue the Eagles are a bigger disappointment because with how I look at it, they are underachieving more relatively speaking to their expectations. Like many others, I didn't think Dallas would be amazing. I thought they'd be decent & a bit worse than last year. With the Eagles, I thought that they would go back to being elite. So far, they have not been that. Injuries factor in heavy for sure, but Dallas also has injuries, so idk if I could give either team the injury excuse exclusively. That's my take. Eagles can get better for sure, but right now, it's not amazing

Mike is not a good coach. Isn’t this the time where he’s supposed to shine. The past 3 weeks he hasn’t called a good game at all and has been helped out by Dak and bad opposing QB play.
