    Here is another hair transformation, taking my client Gracie from a grown out highlight blonde to this gorgeous dimensional lived-in blonde. I’m excited to share this quick tutorial showcasing when a base bump is actually a GOOD idea- normally I dont do this but after consulting with Gracie she said she loved the idea of having a lighter base and liked the idea of warmth at her base. Follow along and see how I did her process!
    Color Formula-
    Zone 1: here we did the base break using Redken ColorGels 7NA 20gr + 5NA 10gr + 8Na 10gr + 7NN 20gr + 20vol 60gr
    Lowlight: Redken Shades EQ 07NW + Processing Solution
    Highlight: Redken Shades EW 09Gi + 09Gb + Processing Solution 1:1r
    Styled with the T3 1” Clip Barrel
    Monat Refinish Control Hairspray
    Monat Dry Texture Spray

    I know this is 2 years ago, but I'm confused as to how her natural root colour of level 4 or 5 was able to lift to a 6 or 7 without pre-bleaching! I want my hair to do this!

    • @Megan6772
      @Megan6772 Рік тому +2

      permanent color can lift 2-3 levels. what happens when you try?

    • @ladybaabaa3294
      @ladybaabaa3294 Рік тому

      @@Megan6772 When I used to try and do a root shadow using permanent colour, it would lift the root to an orange, when I wanted a dark ash blonde.

    Damn auburn. Never use natural base when lifting such dark hair. It always always goes warm!!!
