Over the years I often thought of this pace as hell. I'm in my 50's and have some unhealthy coping mechanisms over the years. Meditation and breathwork have been my saving grace.
This is true because I used to wake up in dread and just wanted to go back to sleep but I started eating healthy,fasting and meditating and it changed my whole outlook and way I lived and I'm so much happier now
@@above.average.joe44 I was exactly the same. I was living in a very low vibration. Drinking a lot of alcohol parties and depressed afterwards. I've completely turned my life around the past couple of years and it's all through living a mindful life and meditation.🙏♥️😊

Even though I'm sat here watching this in relative comfort and safety, with food, water and sanitation, I still think there is both heaven and hell on this earth. Somebody somewhere is going though unbelievable suffering right now, and another is experiencing true ecstasy and awe.
Imagine the poor poor people that believe hell awaits them after life and is much worse than here. I used to be one of those people. When I hear that it can be hell in this life I feel relief like "OK, this is as bad as it gets!".
When you are suffering life doesn't feel like a brief visit it feels like eternity and I am 50 years old and what he is saying is way easier said then done including meditation. That's why people turn to drugs to cope.
Yup, drugs can seem the only possible way to not have to feel miserable. I’ve been clean almost a year and the emptiness is killing me. I’m objectively better off clean but I feel worse off.

We are patiently waiting for the return of Jesus Christ and I pray that he sends you healing and comfort during these last and final days. I smoke marijuana sometimes to cope, so I am not some spiritual goodie two shoes. I just can truly relate to the pain and suffering of others, as I struggle to cope myself having been plagued with anxiety and OCD for over 40 years.

Only cost me deeply in the past and now I don’t care about people anymore because they simply showed me that their inauthenticity causes me irritations dealing with them in authentic ways. Most people don’t mean what they say and this has been headaches since childhood that’s why being alone for the sake of being me is necessary. I care about someone once and slowly with the lack of words and actions I stop caring about them actively. I do care silently but they lose their trustworthiness in my eyes and simply are not worth dealing with. If you meet people who say and do what they say because they mean it , just be honest with them no matter if you accept anything about you a situation or anything else. We can handle the truth and will respect you for it but we don’t tolerate shadiness and you will lose someone who care for your being not your persona. We care about the human not what’s inside of him.
this is very true - as a child i was born into a house where we where locked in never allowed to go out and we found VHS tapes of porn as kids I even got molested by my mothers brother and to this day my mother still hates me and she is incomplete Denial after 30 years . The family blames me for everything but they fail to realize our youngest sister was the one that found the VHS tapes. so yes this is a hell realm. later on in life parents controlled every aspect and did everything they could to ruin me financially and pre meditated and even succeeded to ruin many of my relationships. as a child I was belted and wippedd with a rubber whip numerous times I went screaming and running out of the house. with cuts on my back for playing video games or getting blamed by siibblings for something i did not do.
Ego (f.e. craving for food, s*x, addictions...) is normal. It's the way you understand your own ego and how you deal with it that is an important step. Saying you are egoless will only feed your ego.

“Take no thought” is mentioned numerous times in the Bible. Meditate, meditate, meditate. Breathe work. Be a witness to these thoughts, do not attach. I don't know what is the right label to apply, but this is a realm in which creatures rip each other apart and eat each other endlessly. That's what most animals do most of the time. We don't see it because meat comes packaged nicely on super markets. We have abstracted away the most unpleasant aspects of this world. It's crazy not only that we are surrounded by creatures that are involved in such a cycle, but also that we are one of such creatures (seemingly), an omnivore ape that is the apex predator in most environments above water. What a crazy thing, whether it's a dream of some sort or not.
@@jameskent836 but what about a lion ripping a zebra apart makes you think they wouldn't use bombs if they could? And lions fight with other lions who are not a part of their group all the time. Not for food directly, just for territory, access to females, etc. Same reasons a human would. Many animals are territorial, they just don't have opposable thumbs and highly developed brains

The Truth is Jesus. He is the only thing that gives living on earth reason. Evidence of humans have been found in several places, 100.000 years and more. Spain, Israel, Germany, Australia 60.000 years. Africa, 200-300-400 thousand years inhabited by humans . So if only Jesus is the way? Where was he all those years. Humans lived already here for 100.000 years minimal. So 98.000 years without Jesus. Without ever heard of that man. Yet they lived their lives, and had children and grandchildren, etcetera. Generation upon generation. "Sin" is just a word, a concept made up by the church or organized religion. Doesn't mean much. What one man considers as sin another man does not. Some people say smoking is a sin, or drinking (both not good). But even in the bible they had wine.
And you can go on and on on the subject. The Maya's or the Inca's never heard of Jesus, the old Greek people, or the Spartans, or the Vikings, The Celts or whatever group. The Egyptians, the Persians. India, China, Japan. We are talking millions maybe billions of people. Some of them had thriving civilizations, for centuries and centuries. No Jesus.

The idea being too focused on the spirit and pray that our actions and desires be guided by the spirit.it’s a strange situation being a human! I think some spiritual teachings would have people deny their flesh completely. And others I guess like an atheist or a humanist would focus on the flesh only. Last year I walked into my kitchen after a mushroom 🍄 induced deep meditation and exploration and I realized, or rather real-eyes-ed, there is literally only one of us here. We are THAT. I’ve been suicidal since I was 9, I’m 53 now. Used drugs and alcohol for 35 years to deal, sober 10 years now. Still suicidal ideations, thoughts and feelings fairly often but less since I started low dose ketamine. In 2012 I attempted suicide and was DOA. Obviously I was revived but I was in a hell realm for an indeterminate amount of time. Pure terror. Absolutely the scariest, most terrifying experience of my life and as a former drug addict alcoholic I saw some shit but nothing like the hell realm. Anyways, great talk. I’ve been studying NonDuality for my entire sobriety but I was reading Ram Dass at 15. Peace 🕊️ be with us all.

The thing that sucks to me is that I believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ. I understand what God requires for us to go to heaven but the thing that gets me is that we are faced with this fate that we can possibly end up in a place and suffer forever makes me sad

What really boggles the mind is to think how anything got here without a creator. Even with one, where did the creator come from and so on and so forth. It's really hard to wrap the mind around having always just existed. With no creator, when life seems to have too much of a specific reason and purpose. Also the body. It's all so boggling and here we are thrown into it with no choice
I gave up wondering and worrying about life and what it's all about. So my hope is that when i die then that's that. Absolutely nothing, dead and no more anything. I'm happy without fantasy of my mind. It can drive you nuts.

There is no objective purpose. You cannot find a single purpose given by the universe, as it is indifferent and simply exists. Therefore, its up to us to create that purpose and choose what we want to do. This life is a difficult one, but we all will meet the same fate in the end, so its somewhat comforting to know we’re not alone in experiencing this chaotic, absurd existence.
The earth (physical) plane seems to be a spiritual reform zone. Are we repenting for "sins" (acting against universal laws of cause and effect) from a previous existence of active rebellion? Is this zone one step from probation to a better zone? How do we gain probation (escaping the reincarnation cycle) and move on? Learning to love, something we (apparently) did not practice somewhere in our distant past. Since we are still here, something we STILL have not learned. Death, memory wipe, reincarnation without conscious memory in a world of lies, pain, servitude, injustice, war and death..., repeat. Truly a level of hell by all objective analysis.

My own father fractured my personality at age 4 by accidentally hurting me causing my first near death experience. I fear God but not death. Learning to meditate is key to relieving yourself of solving problems that are not there.

In my 54 years of life I find one of the most powerful mediation practices is Vipassana. It works at the most subtlest levels and releases you from misery and the impurity of the mind.

After a while you lose directionality and can only be with your thoughts. I love it cause our nervous system is always under fire from noises and stuff and when you can close that off it’s like stillness at the core and you can access that easily once you’ve been there enough

I'm in a very good place socially and there's always food on the table and I get to travel a bit. I have the best family and relatives imaginable and many true good friends I can trust with my life and talk about ANYTHING about too. That's REAL wealth. But I have a very difficult body. I'm in quite a lot of pain and my nervous system is compromised. That's my karma. I'm burning a lot of self-karma and no one is making that for me. No one is hurting me and making karma for them self and I'm happy it is that way. But being sick has made me mentally stronger. I can take a lot. And it has disciplined me quite a bit. Most of us come here to experience hardship. It makes us able to handle more of the bliss that is possible in higher realms. It's mental gymnastics. That's how we grow our soul and aura bigger.
At 7.04 but how can meditating remove the fact that I am extremly unhappy to live on a planet that is basically a blood bath - slaughter slaughter slaughter - 84billion times a year - how can one be happy knowing that. I'm 70 soon and the older I get the more sick of it I'm becoming sick sick sick sick sick sick sick sick sick sick to death of it - haven't got a good word to say. Love the animals and the plants but as for us lot well the least said better. You certainly are an optimist

This path points to realizing this and experiencing all the wonderful possibilities of living a human life, and transcending all limits, and never dying, but being that which is unborn. We were at a red light early Saturday morning on our way to play soccer, my player was sick; so, we took the 3 year old and left the other four, Including a 5 month old with a sitter. Our church deacon, plowed into us. My husband died and so did my 3 year old. I had 11 broken bones and was in a comma for 5 days. A year later I was still at my parents with all my babies, a the eldest by then 11, asked me how long I was going to cry and stay in Nana’s bed. I found heaven on earth is all in your mind, attitude, lifestyle and behavior. Did I have physical pain? I am 67 still do, and gets worst. Did I have emotional and spiritual pain, still do, I actually miss my husband, now more than ever. Am ai blessed and living a heavenly life? Every day I can dear, every day I can.
Our "job" is to transcend this realm and get the hell out of here...by working on ourselves. Don't fall for the lightworker, matyr trap. We can't change anything. We can only shift timelines.

I don't like the idea of a "teacher". It's a racket to make money.. A true teacher should be so full of love he would be willing to help others for free..

I completely agree with your comment, this is my second time seeing this sort of title on a video with many people agreeing. I think these people have fallen far into the illusion of separation, causing them to be dualistic in nature & unable to reach their higher minds due to this. They attach themselves to concepts as they cannot see beyond the 3D experience. Seeing polarity and judgement in everything is what separates them from the All, which is love. I believe love is possible for all to recognise and bring into their reality as it’s within all of us, but one must first be willing to surrender their egoic mind to the heaven within.

Even though I'm sat here watching this in relative comfort and safety, with food, water and sanitation, I still think there is both heaven and hell on this earth. Somebody somewhere is going though unbelievable suffering right now, and another is experiencing true ecstasy and awe.
Imagine the poor poor people that believe hell awaits them after life and is much worse than here. I used to be one of those people. When I hear that it can be hell in this life I feel relief like "OK, this is as bad as it gets!".

I don't know what is the right label to apply, but this is a realm in which creatures rip each other apart and eat each other endlessly. That's what most animals do most of the time. We don't see it because meat comes packaged nicely on super markets. We have abstracted away the most unpleasant aspects of this world. It's crazy not only that we are surrounded by creatures that are involved in such a cycle, but also that we are one of such creatures (seemingly), an omnivore ape that is the apex predator in most environments above water. In 2012 I attempted suicide and was DOA. Obviously I was revived but I was in a hell realm for an indeterminate amount of time.
Pure terror. Absolutely the scariest, most terrifying experience of my life and as a former drug addict alcoholic I saw some shit but nothing like the hell realm.

In my 54 years of life I find one of the most powerful mediation practices is Vipassana. It works at the most subtlest levels and releases you from misery and the impurity of the mind.
I'm an experienced meditator but never tried Vipassana. Is that where you sit with your eyes half shut?

After a while you lose directionality and can only be with your thoughts. I love it cause our nervous system is always under fire from noises and stuff and when you can close that off it’s like stillness at the core and you can access that easily once you’ve been there enough

I'm in a very good place socially and there's always food on the table and I get to travel a bit. I have the best family and relatives imaginable and many true good friends I can trust with my life and talk about ANYTHING about too. That's REAL wealth.
But I have a very difficult body. I'm in quite a lot of pain and my nervous system is compromised. That's my karma. I'm burning a lot of self-karma and no one is making that for me. No one is hurting me and making karma for them self and I'm happy it is that way.
But being sick has made me mentally stronger. I can take a lot. And it has disciplined me quite a bit.
Most of us come here to experience hardship. It makes us able to handle more of the bliss that is possible in higher realms. It's mental gymnastics. That's how we grow our soul and aura bigger.
At 7.04 but how can meditating remove the fact that I am extremly unhappy to live on a planet that is basically a blood bath - slaughter slaughter slaughter - 84billion times a year - how can one be happy knowing that. I'm 70 soon and the older I get the more sick of it I'm becoming sick sick sick sick sick sick sick sick sick sick to death of it - haven't got a good word to say. Love the animals and the plants but as for us lot well the least said better. You certainly are an optimist

Paul wrote that these people would be judged on whatever knowledge of God and God’s law they had and how they responded to it. It’s a great question. And I just have faith that God is perfect both in mercy and judgement and will take better care of that situation than any man’s mind could conceive. But yeah I’ve heard all sorts of ideas. I find this unempowering. I grew up thinking that the most specail part of a person was their soul. This path seems soulless😫 it points that I am a soulless creature that is nothing and at death will cease to exist. Prossibly true, although this is not what people that have experiencd a NDE have say.

This path points to realizing this and experiencing all the wonderful possibilities of living a human life, and transcending all limits, and never dying, but being that which is unborn. Our church deacon, plowed into us. My husband died and so did my 3 year old. I had 11 broken bones and was in a comma for 5 days.
A year later I was still at my parents with all my babies, a the eldest by then 11, asked me how long I was going to cry and stay in Nana’s bed.
I found heaven on earth is all in your mind, attitude, lifestyle and behavior.
Did I have physical pain? I am 67 still do, and gets worst. Did I have emotional and spiritual pain, still do, I actually miss my husband, now more than ever. Am ai blessed and living a heavenly life? Every day I can dear, every day I can.

In my life experience I have found that most often the ones who speak much of this are the most demanding of it; something they do not even possess to give to others, they have no problem feeling entitled to it. This is the way of most people. They are hardest on others and soft with themselves. They demand of others something they are not even capable or seldom willing to give. I completely agree with your comment, this is my second time seeing this sort of title on a video with many people agreeing.
I think these people have fallen far into the illusion of separation, causing them to be dualistic in nature & unable to reach their higher minds due to this. They attach themselves to concepts as they cannot see beyond the 3D experience. Seeing polarity and judgement in everything is what separates them from the All, which is love.
I believe love is possible for all to recognise and bring into their reality as it’s within all of us, but one must first be willing to surrender their egoic mind to the heaven within.
Most people don't try to tap into superhuman abilities, it levels the playing field much more. We're also conditioned to think that it's simply out of the question to achieve an ability to change paradigms that seem unapproachably rigid and solid.
