How to reset the password on Victron Energy solar chargers

Reset the password on any Victron Bluetooth device to default factory settings.
I purchased this unit on eBay as a new one but again run into the liar.

My neighboring dock mate installed a victron solar controller and accidentally high jacked my controller. My fault, I never created my own password. Lesson learned. I will give this a try to get control back. Thanks!!!

Thank you so much. This seems to be very poorly documented. It's sort of in the app if you poke around enough, but I was trying to connect to it with vanilla bluetooth on my device first and not the app. My particular controller is in a A-Liner that I bought off a friend. Cheers!

Try calling victron they may be able to look it up or maybe there is a factory reset they could tell you how to do.
