ACV is such an aquired taste. lol. In the past I would take 2 tablespoons straight up ACV mainly for gut health. It really does help with bloating. I forgot how good it was until I watched your productive summer routine and reading from your blog. It such a good idea to add something citrus. I started drinking ACV again and been loving it. 👍🏼
Try not to take it straight up because it bad for your teeth! I couldn’t believe how much it helps with the bloating!! So happy you started drinking it again!

So this is usually my routine. I wake up and drink the ACV water first and then I’ll drink a green smoothie after I workout m. Around 1pm I’ll have a celery apple juice

1 teaspoon in the am in 1 cup of water also during the day i will add a splash to my food fish soups etc etc

Can I use concentrated grapefruit juice from the supermarket instead of fresh grapefruit?
I would do fresh citrus. It can be anything lime, lemon, or grapefruit!
