Hey guys, today me and AeroFlame are here to bring you guys a unique typa versus battle. Instead of the typical one on one or the recent 2 on 2 battle we discussed, today we are going to be looking at a gauntlet. We are going to be answering the question CAN HE BEAT THE YONKOS and if he can, could he solo them? Before we get into exactly who Mihawk is fighting I want to first establish the order in which he’s fighting his opponents. There's statements of them being on par but there’s more evidence suggesting that Mihawk would just straight beat shanks in a one on one encounter. How will he stack up against Buggy Big Mom Blackbeard Gear 5 Luffy Kaido Whitebeard Shanks and etc. Luffy is the son of Monkey D. Dragon, the leader of the Revolutionary Army, and the grandson of the Marine hero Monkey D. Garp, and their family carries the initial and Will of D. At age 7, Luffy accidentally ate the Gomu Gomu no Mi, which turned his body into rubber. Shanks also gave Luffy the very straw hat that has become Luffy's signature accessory, having gifted it to the boy as part of a promise for them to meet again someday after he became a great pirate. Growing up on Dawn Island under the care of Curly Dadan, Luffy befriended and became sworn brothers of the late "Fire Fist" Portgas D. Ace and Revolutionary Chief-of-Staff Sabo. Luffy has gone up against numerous global powers around him, starting with fighting the most powerful pirates in the East Blue and moving to clashes against the Marines, Seven Warlords of the Sea, Cipher Pol, World Nobles, and even the Four Emperors of the Grand Line, emerging victorious in a majority of these battles. He invaded and indirectly caused the annihilation of Enies Lobby, escaped the impregnable Impel Down, and was a focal figure in the Summit War of Marineford. He has also either defeated or befriended seven of the eleven known past or present Warlords prior to the organization's dissolution. After learning of this and his exploits against the Big Mom Pirates, the press labeled him the "Fifth Emperor of the Sea," though many prominent figures initially considered this to be exaggerated. However, after defeating Kaidou during the Raid on Onigashima, Luffy was officially declared as one of the Four Emperors by the World Government along with Buggy, replacing Kaidou and Big Mom. One Piece (stylized in all caps) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda. The story follows the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy, a boy whose body gained the properties of rubber after unintentionally eating a Devil Fruit. With his pirate crew, the Straw Hat Pirates, Luffy explores the Grand Line in search of the deceased King of the Pirates Gol D. Roger's ultimate treasure known as the "One Piece" in order to become the next King of the Pirates.

I don't think people understand the amount of statements this man Mihawk has hyping him up and his power as the worlds strongest swordsman, what's worst is that Ty and Aero didn't even used statements like Mihawk and Shanks being called the strongest rivals which you can argue puts them in Primebeard's level if not higher which scarily makes sense as after fighting a young Kaido Oden straight up says that if he falls no one can take him down (as a reminder that's a Oden after his voyages in both Roger's and Newgate's crews) and you got guys like Shanks rivaling an adult Kaido. These guys are *really* f*cking strong

You're underestimating Big Mom too much. The Ace novels literally put her and Kaido above Oldbeard in terms of strength and haki, since the latter can barely use haki. She also NEVER went all out vs Kidd and Law based on her not using ACoC and only using one year to powerup. She also has fight left in her up until she dropped down the magma.

Massive Blackbeard downplay as he is stated to have shanks that scar. We don’t know how he gave it to him but I highly doubt he caught shanks off guard. If he didn’t catch shanks off guard that would put shanks and Blackbeard somewhat relative

He was afraid of Magellan, was being pressed and given a very difficult battle with ace, and got destroyed by an old nearly dead WB upon arriving onto marineford, WB being someone implied and shown relative to shanks when healthier, therefore stronger, shanks was stronger than the old dying WB that beat BB to a pulp.

Honestly I think the idea of any true "Yonko tier" character mid diffing another is ridiculous to me. The sheer disrespect for Big Mom here is absurd. Oda clearly tries to portray Big Mom as an equal to Kaido with them fighting to a standstill for hours. Even if you think Kaido would ultimately win out in a battle to the end it's clear it would be a difficult fight. You're taking a throwaway insult from Kaido more seriously in your evaluation than the fact that Big Mom and Kaido actually have been shown to scale to each other. Also while Big Mom does use swordsmanship she clearly has a collection of abilities that add to that due to her fruit. It isn't like Shanks where both him and Mihawk are fighting with swords and haki. I feel like the OP fandom often downplays Mihawk's strength, but saying he mid difs Big Mom is ridiculous.

Mihawk is definitely top tier but until he shows more feats you cannot compare him to other top tiers

Only thing I disagree with is the buggy thing. Don’t forget mihawks sword is a permanent black blade so it’s already using haki, even though Haki transcends all it doesn’t literally stop fruits. Luffy had strong haki and didn’t neutralize kaidos fruit, so I don’t think haki would stop a devil fruit itd stop more of its effects on your body. Eg - law getting rid of doc qs fruit effect on him, and possibly if someone with strong haki were to be turned into a toy by sugar would be able to break out of it
And I think kaido is saying haki transcends all as in Haki is the strongest power compared to fruits, etc sue to its multiple uses and versatility
I think some people need to realize that Buggy is just straight up immune to slashes regardless if they have haki coating or not, like if Sukuna (from jjk if you somehow haven’t read it yet) had haki and used malevolent shrine bro would still not be able to cut buggy. Doesn’t mean Mihawk can’t throw hands with his black fist though lmao
I think Blackbeard should be over Luffy but one thing in this video I kept hearing was the "haki trancends all". Kaido specifically says, "it can" and thats because haki doesnt negate devil fruit abilites. It just allows the users to fight against them. For example Mihawk cant just stop big moms powers from working. We have never seen anyone in the series do that. Haki is used as a weapon to fight aginst devil fruits, and negate SOME abilites. Law was able to overcome Doc Q's moves with haki but then why couldnt don chinjoa overcome Sugars. Are you saying sugar has stronger haki? No. haki doesnt just stop all devil fruit abilites from working. It only allows some, like Laws room, he isnt able to slice Kaido in half, but he can still hit him with gamma knife.
Still I do think Mihawk slams Bigmom, only people I see stoping Mihawk in the current verse are: Akainu and Blackbeard then possibly Aokiji and Shanks but Mihawk has a higher channce of winning
From what i think with the sugar case is that it depends on how strong is your haki in general without comparing it to the df user basically if don chinjao could'nt do it is because he didn't have the necessary haki strenght to overcome the fruit but someone like kaido could do it

@@laraison6020 Feats aren’t everything, especially when most of the feats that Mihawk has that people use to downplay Mihawk can be explained as him holding back, as him not aiming for said person, and other reasons. Author statements put Mihawk over shanks, and the narrative as well as the way he is portrayed only supports Mihawk being a top tier.
I think: Mihawk is the strongest swordsman in the sense of the art swordsmanship - this does not take other things such as haki und durability into consideration. So far, Mihawks feats are below that of the yonko IMO. If Mihawk was so strong, why didn’t he just solo Whitebeard at Marineford? Also the statement of Mihawk being on par with shanks refers to the time shanks had both arms and they were fighting regularly. Shanks probably has gotten a lot stronger since - ascending to yonko level. Shanks haki is so insane that even if Mihawks is a better swordsman, shanks is still stronger
Kaido is the strongest creature, in a 1v1 always bet on Kaido. Titles matter in one piece. Kaido title I insane. By fighting all these characters on Wano and defeating luffy multiple times, it shows Kaido deserves this title. I don’t think Mihawk in a prolonged battle would withstand Kaido.

Honestly i don’t think mihawk beats shanks, shanks doesn’t seem to be that guy who cares much for titles but rather the competition it beings to enjoy that moment, so he wouldn’t seem to be the person to take something serious like “strongest swordsman” because he never wanted to be, where mihawk’s whole goal was to be and therefore would always want to fight shanks because he was the only person left who could rival him, however after the loss of shanks’s arm mihawk does not see any honor in fighting a man with one arm and shanks most likely never tried when he did have both arms, it seems to me like shanks has been holding back because that’s his character, he did it when he saved luffy and lost his arm, we see it when pirates spill alcohol on him and trash the place, we see it even in marineford where he doesn’t just fight everyone, he just holds back and says “if you want to fight we are willing but we would rather end this war” his whole character arc is to show us he has been holding back as a person for something bigger than everything thus far and maybe we’ll see it by the time we reach the final destination but yeah i highly doubt mihawk could defeat shanks for this reason

Considering oden tanked rogers attacks and Wb's attacks i can say mihawk if they can even touch him mihawk would be fine
Wb considers Mihawk and shanks Fights of the past legendary must mean either 2 things both good feat
1.the power clashing could be felt across the world (thats how Wb even knew of them)

2. These battle lasted days and Affected the world

Point im trying to make and even the story trying to make is Mihawk and Shanks are stronger than Roger and Wb

But even then its not a challenge mihawk said so himself to shanks face
As for the skill point that i love is Skill and Power and strength are all synonymous
Kaido and Bigmom's Meritocracy is based of Skill
We know they mean power (its not wrong to think thus as its correct but there is more to it)
but "skill" is important an important distinction because think
If everyone hits hard has similar strength similar speed similar power similar defence
What determines who wins?
Its skill
How good are you?
You have the strength the power speed but you cant land the attack you cannot deflect the attack you you cannot out perform the attack
An example would be
Shanks has enough skill to slice a hole through the red line with a single swing of his blade
But Mihawk using the same power and haki and strength Swings Once
and the red line is cut 1000 Times turning it into mist
Mihawk probably Cuts Shanks Attacks
Like we saw in the anime
Vista used Named attacks
Mihawk saw through it and completely obliterated it
Point is i think mihawk stands more of a chance to solo the yonko
Its just not enough to excite him

And how can i say this?
I don't believe Zoro is ready at all
When they fight again Zoro is gonna get destroyed

And Mihawk estimated years possibly decades for zoro to be ready to challenge him not 2 years and 2 months
The reason i believe this is becuase of Zoro's Comment on S-Hawk
S-Hawk looks more human than Mihawk
S-Hawk Is Cyborg Spliced with Warlord, lunarian and Giant DNA
Mihawk is presumed to be human with his design inspired by Vampire themes
I don't think mihawk is a lunarian with insane Physical buffs and adaptability or A Giant with insane physical Strength and physical Prowess
I think Mihawk is An Elf
part of a Long Lived race capable of living for thousands of Years.
This would explain his actions very well He lives in solitude for years he has no interest in the world around him (besides luffy and luffy)
And when he said to Zoro "I'll await you at the top no Matter how long it takes" and i think he was 100% Serious no matter if its 20 years or 40 because its nothing to him
(Giants also have long lifespans 300 years old so its not that Crazy especially with the Many races existing already and the snake on skypiea was 800 years old zunisha 1200 years old)
I thought about this since Imu was revealed with Very similar eyes
People thought of the immortal Surgery
But mihawk had them since childhood so that to me is out of the picture
And i think imu is an elf as well or something similar

mehawk is slowly coming into light. its in his name. strongest swordsman. in his vivre card oda stated mehawk was already famous before pirate era began. riger's execution. where he already has yuru and unlike everyone else mehawk was stoic. although we never saw if yuru was black back then. dude i really think he is actually a dracula he is tied to void century. mehawk's child drawing had a dialogue "where are you going rabbit" that means mehawk was at god valley. holy knight used to have 12 members. now 9. 3 died. mehawk can be dracule nerona also given him and imu has the same eyes.

Mihawk and shanks are just as strong as prime whitebeard and garp. At the end of the day its the one with greater haki who is the strongest. But all these guys deserve the title of the strongest. If peiple wanna be more realistic, then it probably is Rocks, not including joyboy or imu or ryuma. If i had to say what the order is, it would be
1) Rocks
2) Whitebeard
3) Garp/Roger( i always think that garp and roger portrayal is even better than mihawk and shanks or whitebeard and roger, coz Roger giving ace to garp is something seriously great and i feel it is not possible for one to rank above the other)
4) Mihawk
5) Shanks
6) Kaido

luffy's weakness to cutting attacks is jus over rated bc who's not weak against cutting attacks? its even shown on kaido only cutting attacks leave visible scars on his body safe to say everyone's weakness is cutting attacks the only reason luffy weakness against cutting attacks was brought up in the story is bc he cant take damage from blunt attack without haki which was early on in the story
Heres how i think mihawk vs yonko would go:
- Big Mom: Mihawk wins extreme diff;
- Shanks: Draw;
- Kaido: Kaido wins extreme diff;

I think you vastly underestimate how strong Shanks, Kaido and Blackbear are. Let alone Whitebeard. I do think Mihawk can beat Kaiso, vs Blackbeard it would be interesting but he can most likely beat him, against Shanks is kinda a stalemate for me so I can't really choose.
