I wasn't planning on it but I may do a follow up video in the future on a more "fair" battle. Kaido vs Madara. I want to take a break from the Kaido content for a bit but if you guys enjoyed this video I wouldn't mind making another one for these two legendary villains. Especially since I don't think I have an opinion on that match up yet.
particle style isnt even a win condition becaue its AP is not infinite, it just dismantles at an atomic level but we know for a fact that the truth seeker orbs are SUPERIOR. this is important because we literally see might guy hit six paths madara hard enough to break truth seeker orb (granted might guy did not directly touch the orb). Although might guy is calct at moon level (and kaido multi conti) onoki himself is only calct at island level at best. all this is to say that kaido using ACOC/RYUO should be able to deflect the particle style without touching it since its proven that a superior force will break through.

@boblipsmacker Not really the high mid tiers of the Naruto verse can destroy mountains. Kitsuchi (kurotsuchi's dad) can literally smash a mountain on you. Hiashi can repel a 10 tails swing (a regular bijuu tail can slice mountains), All the jinchuriki can destroy mountains via V2 bijuu bombs, Naruto can do so via Giant rasengan, bijuu bomb or rasenshuriken. Sasuke with Kirin and Susano'o. Sakura with her 100 healings punch. Gaara is able to cause giant tsunamis around the size of an island, Guy using hirudora literally shook an entire island. There many more other ninja in the naruto verse that can use mountain level jutsu. Some casually, some it takes a little effort but they're still there.

It's crazy that the statement of "In a 1v1, always bet on Kaido" still holds true after he's dead because it not only took an entire army, the Akazaya Nine, a good majority of the Worst Generation, Luffy in Gear 4th (who keep in mind decimated a large portion of Dressrosa just by punching Doflamingo) and the reawakening of Nika. All while lifting an island all by himself.
Kaido also fought Big Mom for 3 days prior to him fighting the akazaya 9, the mink army, then the 5 members of the Worst Gen, and then it took Luffy turning G5 twice! in order to take Kaido down all while holding and entire island on his own with all these battles going on on it! Kaido also has increased regeneration due to him being a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit user. Amazing content bro!

It's not pretty, but the power gap is obvious even without light speed shenanigans. Kaido is too tough, too fast, and too brutal. Shredding his internal organs with 5 various techniques in a 5 on 1 didn't stop him, canonically. SEEING THE FUTURE wasn't enough to dodge him, even for a top 10 speed fighter(luffy). And Kaido goes for the head. He KO'd Luffy 5 times with blunt force trauma, and Luffy is MADE OF RUBBER and renowned for his toughness. Kaido would wipe the 5 Kage in short order.

Most versions of Madara that aren't Juubi outright lose and there is no way anyone can make an argument that would change my mind without any new evidence. Naruto was not light speed back when he fought Haku, I even reread the chapters for that entire fight out of curiosity and not once did Naruto Dodge or react to Haku while he was moving between his mirrors The light speed statement Haku has for his mirrors specifically says that he can move between the mirrors at light speed. When Naruto caught him he was already outside of the mirrors. When he dodged haku's strike, Haku went directly towards the ground. Naruto does not have any Lightspeed statements and if anything I actually downplayed kaido speed in my videos. Most of the matchups I've done, I've downplayed all of the one piece characters speed feeds to the lowest interpretation I'm comfortable with. The fastest tier of Naruto characters, which appear by the end of the war which include the raikage don't even begin to scratch actual relativistic speeds in terms of movement and combat speed until the earlier half of the war. The raikage doesn't even have a Lightspeed statement himself, The best you will find is the double lariat scan which says close to the speed of light. You can make an argument that they've had light speed attacks like Kirin, white extreme attack, laser circus and all of those attacks are Lightspeed themselves but not the character. Even Sage of six paths Naruto what's surprised by mother's light fang Jutsu which also cuts at light speed. One piece characters have been Lightspeed since pre-time Skip and they've only been getting faster and stronger since.
It’s funny I was just watching this fight with the 5 kage and was thinking “Kaido would kill them low dif tbh.” They go shook when Madara cut a mountain. I’m over here like “zoro would scare them to to death… 👀 if that’s the case.”
And this comment is a prime example of what I’m getting at, in 10 years time if one piece is still going zoro will be able to cut the planet in half because that’s what keeps the brain dead’s coming it’s no different to one punch. In reality zoro wouldn’t even break top 20 strongest in naruto. Haki might work against haki but that doesn’t mean when up against the power source of another anime that the same notions would apply.

That would be an insult to the Akazaya themselves .They are way more formidable and powerful than the five kage . Characters in one-piece just outscale so much in terms of speed , strength and durability and raw power when compared to characters of Naruto .How the hell is Naruto himself even multi-planetary or even planetary ? When he went up against the moon guy forgot his name ,he blocked a death ray that could split the moon and that was the guy's strongest attack and that was one of naruto's best feats .If Luffy or kaido were there instead they would have easily shattered the entire moon with their strongest attacks . They are easily moon-level beings .The world of one piece is the size of a dwarf star .That is why all of the feats of the powerful seem small but when you bring them to a planet the size of earth they are ridiculously over-powered .And shanks himself has displayed the feat of cutting through entire dimensions themselves in the movie .Madara's rinnegan jutsu would have been useless against someone like shanks or mihawk .And they have perfected future sight to the point that they could easily adapt to sasuke's dimensional jutsu . They could simply easily move away as it takes time less than light-speed for sasuke's dimension-crossing jutsu to activate . Simply put I don't think even sasuke or Naruto could beat Luffy or Kaido in a straight up duel . The idea of admirals (at least working together)being capable of handling Yonko and (singlehandedly) their subordinates is in itself powerscaling. Mihawk (narratively) scaling to the Yonko including Shanks as the world's strongest swordsman is also powerscaling.
I'd love to see a Madara vs The Five Supernova who fought on the roof. I just don't know if adding awakenings and power ups that the Supernova get as they continue to fight post roof top should count since they get it after the fight and not during it, although that doesn't stop me from wanting to see your take on it. The scaling in One Piece really is insane. Someone like a bloodlusted King would be such a devastating opponent for even Naruto and Sasuke. That’s just King. Someone like Mihawk would walk in there and cut everything in half.

Zoro for example have shown some insane feats that are probably up there to the Naruto top tiers, and as long as we know, he is still weaker than Mihawk. Like seriously, neither Naruto or Sasuke would have any chances against Pika. They are sure fast, skilled, and powerful, but they aren't still up there to face Pika. Mihawk is still Shanks rival, the same Shanks that stoped a war between 3 admirals, a Yonkou and almost all the Shichibukai just by beign there.

5 Kage vs Kaido is a matchup where out of 10 fights, Kaido wins 9 of them and the one where the Kage wins, its because of a lucky particle style hit. One piece characters in general and Kaido specifically have insane durability and endurance. Alabaster Usopp survived a 4ton metal bat to his face and in Wano both Usopp and Nami got hit by Ultis headbutt multiple times ( headbutts that even gave Luffy headaches ) and those two are the weak ones from the Strawhats. Now to Kaido, his durability is through the roofs and to get him you need some sort of durability bypass. Brute forcing through the scales might work, as shown, strong enough attacks without durability bypass do have an effect on him, but the attacks were too weak to go through the scales. Tsunade and A might have the required strength to just brute force their way through the scales with Tsunade doing more damage but A being able to hit more often due to his speed. So both got through the scales, congratulations the can damage Kaido, but is it enough? Not really. As shown in Roof Piece, Kaido has HP for days, he gets hit by attacks that on any other opponent would have ended the fight. I mean his organs got attacked by Law at the beginning and it didn't slow him down. Mei has the disadvantage that one part of her jutsu roster is completely useless. Kaido can wrap himself up in a magmalike substance and being submerged into lava doesn't look like it has an effect on hin body. Acid release had the potential to harm him, but Mei needs to hit him with something like a super acid or super base otherwise Kaido's gonna try to recruit her to improve his daily skincare routine. Gaara... I would say out of every Kage he has the worst matchup here. His attacks don't have the punch to ever dream of going through Kaidos scales. On this fight he is more going into a support role, boosting the defenses enough that Kaido needs more hits to take out the Kages. Sealing him might work but if Madara can escape then Kaido also has a good chance. Now to Kaido. His attacks are often times coated with both armament haki and conquerors haki. Combination of both doesn't increase the destructive potential of the attacks. It makes it also easier to knock out you opponents ( something thats quite overlooked ). In their first fight Kaido oneshot Luffy. Luffy was knocked out but his injuries were light enough that he could do slave labor shortly after. In Roof Piece he got knocked out again a few times and after some time and food Luffy could fight again. Normally you'd need to bring Luffy to death's door to achieve a knockout on him, guy normally doesn't go down. And recent chapters were also like, " yeah it makes it very easy to knock yout opponents out". So even if Tsunade and A could get through the scales, the fight still goes to Kaido, dude is too fast, too durable hits very hard and has enough HP to be mistaken for a marathon raid boss. Kaido is just built different.
She isn't a tank, she has high endurance but her durability isn't as crazy as people seem to think it is, endurance and durability are completely different things. Her being able to heal from damage doesn't mean she can take attacks without actually suffering from it.
Good point, but correct me if I'm wrong: aren't DF users specifically weak to SEA water? Then again you could prob make sea water using jutsu so ye Kaido is cooked if a water user pulls up
@@anonguy772You literally have to submerge them in water to have it take any effect. In the Ocean it makes you sink like a stone and lose the strength you would need to swim. Kaido is like 20 something feet tall, is a fish type fruit that can breathe underwater, and can turn into an even larger dragon that can fly or lift an island the size of Mount Everest into the air. You cant drown that.
Luffy uses a Lightning bolt as a stripper pole during the Kaido fight, only to immediately get blitzed. That's the kind of speed we're dealing with here, where even Lightning stands still.

This means that there are 5 intangible characters that together roughly have the power of 3 Kaidos, against Hashirama, Tobirama and Minato.
If there is one thing One Piece characters have over Naruto characters it’s their sheer physicality. Tsunade’s strength isn’t special in a world where giants are manhandled by people a hundred times smaller than them.
One thing people seem to get slightly wrong about Gear 4 Snakeman, is that he isn't necessarily all that much faster than baseline Gear 4, but that he focuses more on redirecting his gulverin punches - which gives him a good matchup against an opponent who relies on future sight to dodge. Since after every dodge Luffy can redirect his punches, which takes him significantly less effort than Katakuri needing to activate future sight again to predict the new future which was just created. Luffy landed more hits on Katakuri after Snakeman not because he got faster, but because his punch spam overwhelmed the future sight spam.
Naruto is a funny universe to power scale because at a base characters are pretty physically weak and really just regular humans. But they have some insane hacks powers.
They glass cannons all of them except Naruto isshiki and some timeskip characters but everybody that isn't a jinjuuriki or otsupussy(sorry but I slandered them so much my keyboard just auto correct it) but whenever you tell people about their weak verse durability they tell me they universal because the databook said something

Yeah, even Hashirama is impressed by Tsunade and Sakura level Physicals. Now, obviously, Hashirama scales faaaar beyond them, but he scales beyond them with his wood constructs and jutsu arsenal, not with his physical stats. There's many strong characters in One Piece that would clash or even outright scoff at Tsunade and Sakura level physicals, let alone the vast majority of ninjas who minus well be wet paper physically speaking... Naruto verse physicals are extremely gassed up when there's only a select few characters who are even worth mentioning, with the majority relying on powerful chakra amps like biju cloaks or constructs like the Susano.
@@GUYFROMEldos well elite ninjas in general can be surprisingly strong. Kakazu for example blocked a tailed beast with just his fist. The 3rd raikage fought and tanked attacks from the eight tails. Theres a surprising amount of them that can scale to city level or whatever you want to call it. I think all the akatsuki were able to handle an average tailed beast. So I wouldnt say they are glass cannons necessarily, but yeah once you get to 8-9 tails suddenly and perfect susanoos and ten tails, suddenly those select few just catapult beyond hashirama and madaras level. That being said, one piece is a lot more casually powerful.

It rubs me the wrong way every time I hear that anime characters move at speeds close to, or even higher than the speed of light... Why the hell don't they just teleport to where ever they want to be? I mean, they can literally do several laps around the planet in a single second. Or they can't sustain that speed for more than 0,000001 seconds?
I can't stand this shit either, if something with mass even approaches the speed of light it risks collapsing into a singularity, not to mention if this were to happen in a planets atmosphere the air friction would probably nuke a good few kilometers. Super luminal speeds? that shit breaks causality and creates a clone that moves backwards in time, but nobody would even see that due to the greater than infinite energy that would be released, sounds like an ever expanding horizon of vacuum decay.
It's because it's fiction and doesn't really have to make any sense scientifically. Not to mention, there's a distinct difference between combat, reaction, and travel speeds. You don't necessarily need to be able to circle the globe several times to be lightspeed in combat. You just need to be able to throw a punch or launch an attack at said speed. There's characters in fiction that can fly through space at speeds multiple times faster than light yet when they get into a scuffle they can't make intrinsic movements at nearly the same level of speed and at best can only bull rush someone in a straight line with their flight speed. Then there's characters that can't even move faster than a jet, yet they can throw punches faster than natural lightning. There's a difference between being able to react and combat at those speeds and being able to traverse at those speeds. Not every character can do both.
Add on to the fact that Until Luffy had Conquerors and Gear 4 snakeman/Gear 5 Kaido didn't have to actually get hit a single time, he could have easily dodged or blocked all of those attacks, he just tanked them because he could.
Preciate the patience😂, I'm trying 😭. Egghead is basically a second Sabaody archipelago. I'm planning on talking about the similarities between Egghead and Sabaody archipelago. I have seen some videos on the topic and would like to add my own take on it.
Egghead's match ups have been fantastic, Luffy is not someone that is going to forgive a loss. Luffy as a Yonkou has the power to get a salty runback on everyone that did him dirty from Sabaody- Marineford when he couldn't do anything. This is gonna be the greatest set of rematches in OP. Luffy already got Kizaru back, he can fight Akainu on equal terms. Blackbeard as well. Egghead right now is just a prelude to the insane amount of 1 v 1s that Luffy will have. Rob Lucci vs Zoro is also good because Zoro gets to run it back with him since he never got a chance to get a rematch after Lucci beat him. TLDR: it's great, I love all these fights
I wasn't planning on it but I may do a follow up video in the future on a more "fair" battle. Kaido vs Madara.

particle style isnt even a win condition becaue its AP is not infinite, it just dismantles at an atomic level but we know for a fact that the truth seeker orbs are SUPERIOR. this is important because we literally see might guy hit six paths madara hard enough to break truth seeker orb (granted might guy did not directly touch the orb). Although might guy is calct at moon level (and kaido multi conti) onoki himself is only calct at island level at best. all this is to say that kaido using ACOC/RYUO should be able to deflect the particle style without touching it since its proven that a superior force will break through.

We tend to associat the elements performed by Naruto characters to be equal to the real life element well this isn't true as Sasuke uses lightning to fight alien God's blitz madara itachi having a water style jutsu that moves at light speed and people Mei used water style water dragon bullet to destroy a falling meteorite last I checked water can't do that naruto characters can clearly increase the speed strength and attack potency of any jutsu and in Boruto they show difference between Chakra elements and real life materials as Chakra elements like fire style water style Etc are energy mimicking a different physical form those can be absorbed by karma this was explained in the Boro fight

yeah the one piece verse is simply built different lol. it takes the most powerful people in the verse with their most powerful techniques to destroy a mountain in naruto. whereas garp warming up can obliterate mountains with just his fist while eating crackers.
@boblipsmacker Not really the high mid tiers of the Naruto verse can destroy mountains. Kitsuchi (kurotsuchi's dad) can literally smash a mountain on you. Hiashi can repel a 10 tails swing (a regular bijuu tail can slice mountains), All the jinchuriki can destroy mountains via V2 bijuu bombs, Naruto can do so via Giant rasengan, bijuu bomb or rasenshuriken. Sasuke with Kirin and Susano'o. Sakura with her 100 healings punch. Gaara is able to cause giant tsunamis around the size of an island, Guy using hirudora literally shook an entire island. There many more other ninja in the naruto verse that can use mountain level jutsu. Some casually, some it takes a little effort but they're still there.
In their defense they where up for two days try to keep people safe rather than just themselves but that’s about it anything less than 4 Kage I feel like Kaido wins imo

It's not pretty, but the power gap is obvious even without light speed shenanigans. Kaido is too tough, too fast, and too brutal. Shredding his internal organs with 5 various techniques in a 5 on 1 didn't stop him, canonically. SEEING THE FUTURE wasn't enough to dodge him, even for a top 10 speed fighter(luffy). And Kaido goes for the head. He KO'd Luffy 5 times with blunt force trauma, and Luffy is MADE OF RUBBER and renowned for his toughness. Kaido would wipe the 5 Kage in short order.

@@theflamingeagle572I do think kaido is on average stronger than Madara. Most versions of Madara that aren't Juubi outright lose and there is no way anyone can make an argument that would change my mind without any new evidence.
Naruto was not light speed back when he fought Haku, I even reread the chapters for that entire fight out of curiosity and not once did Naruto Dodge or react to Haku while he was moving between his mirrors The light speed statement Haku has for his mirrors specifically says that he can move between the mirrors at light speed. When Naruto caught him he was already outside of the mirrors. When he dodged haku's strike, Haku went directly towards the ground. Naruto does not have any Lightspeed statements and if anything I actually downplayed kaido speed in my videos. Most of the matchups I've done, I've downplayed all of the one piece characters speed feeds to the lowest interpretation I'm comfortable with.
The fastest tier of Naruto characters, which appear by the end of the war which include the raikage don't even begin to scratch actual relativistic speeds in terms of movement and combat speed until the earlier half of the war. The raikage doesn't even have a Lightspeed statement himself, The best you will find is the double lariat scan which says close to the speed of light. You can make an argument that they've had light speed attacks like Kirin, white extreme attack, laser circus and all of those attacks are Lightspeed themselves but not the character. Even Sage of six paths Naruto what's surprised by mother's light fang Jutsu which also cuts at light speed. One piece characters have been Lightspeed since pre-time Skip and they've only been getting faster and stronger since.

The idea of admirals (at least working together)being capable of handling Yonko and (singlehandedly) their subordinates is in itself powerscaling. Mihawk (narratively) scaling to the Yonko including Shanks as the world's strongest swordsman is also powerscaling.
I'd love to see a Madara vs The Five Supernova who fought on the roof. I just don't know if adding awakenings and power ups that the Supernova get as they continue to fight post roof top should count since they get it after the fight and not during it, although that doesn't stop me from wanting to see your take on it.

This fight is just about as unfair as the Madara fight.
5 Kage vs Kaido is a matchup where out of 10 fights, Kaido wins 9 of them and the one where the Kage wins, its because of a lucky particle style hit. One piece characters in general and Kaido specifically have insane durability and endurance. Alabaster Usopp survived a 4ton metal bat to his face and in Wano both Usopp and Nami got hit by Ultis headbutt multiple times ( headbutts that even gave Luffy headaches ) and those two are the weak ones from the Strawhats. Now to Kaido, his durability is through the roofs and to get him you need some sort of durability bypass. Brute forcing through the scales might work, as shown, strong enough attacks without durability bypass do have an effect on him, but the attacks were too weak to go through the scales.
Tsunade and A might have the required strength to just brute force their way through the scales with Tsunade doing more damage but A being able to hit more often due to his speed. So both got through the scales, congratulations the can damage Kaido, but is it enough? Not really. As shown in Roof Piece, Kaido has HP for days, he gets hit by attacks that on any other opponent would have ended the fight. I mean his organs got attacked by Law at the beginning and it didn't slow him down.
Mei has the disadvantage that one part of her jutsu roster is completely useless. Kaido can wrap himself up in a magmalike substance and being submerged into lava doesn't look like it has an effect on hin body. Acid release had the potential to harm him, but Mei needs to hit him with something like a super acid or super base otherwise Kaido's gonna try to recruit her to improve his daily skincare routine.
Gaara... I would say out of every Kage he has the worst matchup here. His attacks don't have the punch to ever dream of going through Kaidos scales. On this fight he is more going into a support role, boosting the defenses enough that Kaido needs more hits to take out the Kages. Sealing him might work but if Madara can escape then Kaido also has a good chance.
Now to Kaido. His attacks are often times coated with both armament haki and conquerors haki. Combination of both doesn't increase the destructive potential of the attacks. It makes it also easier to knock out you opponents ( something thats quite overlooked ). In their first fight Kaido oneshot Luffy. Luffy was knocked out but his injuries were light enough that he could do slave labor shortly after. In Roof Piece he got knocked out again a few times and after some time and food Luffy could fight again. Normally you'd need to bring Luffy to death's door to achieve a knockout on him, guy normally doesn't go down. And recent chapters were also like, " yeah it makes it very easy to knock yout opponents out".
So even if Tsunade and A could get through the scales, the fight still goes to Kaido, dude is too fast, too durable hits very hard and has enough HP to be mistaken for a marathon raid boss. Kaido is just built different.

Kaido is like 20 something feet tall, is a fish type fruit that can breathe underwater, and can turn into an even larger dragon that can fly or lift an island the size of Mount Everest into the air. Luffy uses a Lightning bolt as a stripper pole during the Kaido fight, only to immediately get blitzed. That's the kind of speed we're dealing with here, where even Lightning stands still.

3. (Assume that hard light beams are lightspeed) Dodging hard light beams by watching a dude charge up, aim, and fire them is not the same as outspending the beams, but just outspending the shooter. A normal human predicting where a bullet will be fired and dodging it is possible. Humans are not bullet speed. Luffy was not faster than light, he was faster than the pacifista

This means that there are 5 intangible characters that together roughly have the power of 3 Kaidos, against Hashirama, Tobirama and Minato.

If there is one thing One Piece characters have over Naruto characters it’s their sheer physicality. Tsunade’s strength isn’t special in a world where giants are manhandled by people a hundred times smaller than them.

One thing people seem to get slightly wrong about Gear 4 Snakeman, is that he isn't necessarily all that much faster than baseline Gear 4, but that he focuses more on redirecting his gulverin punches - which gives him a good matchup against an opponent who relies on future sight to dodge. Since after every dodge Luffy can redirect his punches, which takes him significantly less effort than Katakuri needing to activate future sight again to predict the new future which was just created.
Luffy landed more hits on Katakuri after Snakeman not because he got faster, but because his punch spam overwhelmed the future sight spam.
Win condition Tsunade requiring his nervous system like she did Kabuto with a single touch
Kaido took law’s gamma knife attack, which obliterates your organs and Kaido didn’t care and just kept fighting, so I don’t think that’s gonna work

Naruto is a funny universe to power scale because at a base characters are pretty physically weak and really just regular humans. But they have some insane hacks powers.
They glass cannons all of them except Naruto isshiki and some timeskip characters but everybody that isn't a jinjuuriki or otsupussy(sorry but I slandered them so much my keyboard just auto correct it) but whenever you tell people about their weak verse durability they tell me they universal because the databook said something

Yeah, even Hashirama is impressed by Tsunade and Sakura level Physicals. Now, obviously, Hashirama scales faaaar beyond them, but he scales beyond them with his wood constructs and jutsu arsenal, not with his physical stats. There's many strong characters in One Piece that would clash or even outright scoff at Tsunade and Sakura level physicals, let alone the vast majority of ninjas who minus well be wet paper physically speaking...
Naruto verse physicals are extremely gassed up when there's only a select few characters who are even worth mentioning, with the majority relying on powerful chakra amps like biju cloaks or constructs like the Susano.
@@GUYFROMEldos well elite ninjas in general can be surprisingly strong. Kakazu for example blocked a tailed beast with just his fist. The 3rd raikage fought and tanked attacks from the eight tails. Theres a surprising amount of them that can scale to city level or whatever you want to call it. I think all the akatsuki were able to handle an average tailed beast. So I wouldnt say they are glass cannons necessarily, but yeah once you get to 8-9 tails suddenly and perfect susanoos and ten tails, suddenly those select few just catapult beyond hashirama and madaras level. That being said, one piece is a lot more casually powerful.

It rubs me the wrong way every time I hear that anime characters move at speeds close to, or even higher than the speed of light... Why the hell don't they just teleport to where ever they want to be? I mean, they can literally do several laps around the planet in a single second. Or they can't sustain that speed for more than 0,000001 seconds?
I can't stand this shit either, if something with mass even approaches the speed of light it risks collapsing into a singularity, not to mention if this were to happen in a planets atmosphere the air friction would probably nuke a good few kilometers.
Super luminal speeds? that shit breaks causality and creates a clone that moves backwards in time, but nobody would even see that due to the greater than infinite energy that would be released, sounds like an ever expanding horizon of vacuum decay.
It's because it's fiction and doesn't really have to make any sense scientifically. Not to mention, there's a distinct difference between combat, reaction, and travel speeds. You don't necessarily need to be able to circle the globe several times to be lightspeed in combat. You just need to be able to throw a punch or launch an attack at said speed.
There's characters in fiction that can fly through space at speeds multiple times faster than light yet when they get into a scuffle they can't make intrinsic movements at nearly the same level of speed and at best can only bull rush someone in a straight line with their flight speed. Then there's characters that can't even move faster than a jet, yet they can throw punches faster than natural lightning.
There's a difference between being able to react and combat at those speeds and being able to traverse at those speeds. Not every character can do both.
The roof piece part was the perfect example of how it will go. The Kage may land some hits but it doesn't matter.
Kaido is faster and more durable by orders of magnitude. They cant touch him. At all. The end.

Add on to the fact that Until Luffy had Conquerors and Gear 4 snakeman/Gear 5 Kaido didn't have to actually get hit a single time, he could have easily dodged or blocked all of those attacks, he just tanked them because he could.

Egghead is basically a second Sabaody archipelago. I'm planning on talking about the similarities between Egghead and Sabaody archipelago. I have seen some videos on the topic and would like to add my own take on it.
Egghead's match ups have been fantastic, Luffy is not someone that is going to forgive a loss. Luffy as a Yonkou has the power to get a salty runback on everyone that did him dirty from Sabaody- Marineford when he couldn't do anything. This is gonna be the greatest set of rematches in OP. Luffy already got Kizaru back, he can fight Akainu on equal terms. Blackbeard as well. Egghead right now is just a prelude to the insane amount of 1 v 1s that Luffy will have. Rob Lucci vs Zoro is also good because Zoro gets to run it back with him since he never got a chance to get a rematch after Lucci beat him.
TLDR: it's great, I love all these fights
