A high energy performance that captures a lot of the original version's flavor. Mike did a good job controlling the slide so that there were clean notes throughout.
Excellent job! I felt like my crowning achievement on slide guitar was when I learned this. Awesome job dude!. Oh yeah and Everytime I did the knee slapping like you do. It takes the song home
This is purely great, it don't get much better than this. Slide on an ol' acustic guitar and an amazing voice. Good luck in the future!!! you'r gonna get big!
Great job Mike! I was playing this one in G but moved to Open E last night -much better. Love your vocals too. You inspired me to get down the details better. Chuck Levell did a nice add to this song on piano. Didn’t know anyone knew of this little gem. If you need a great inexpensive resonator dobro type the Gretch boxcar is awesome. Still less than $500 I think.
Hi Mike, nice job. What tuning are you in? If you can add anything technical about whats going on whith playing this song please do.Im going to learn it.Allso where did you lean it.agin nice job

Kinda close. Rhythm and a few notes off but nice attempt. Bonus for singing and playing!
