    Is your head supported on the rolled up towel? If not, should the head be supported if it is uncomfortable without support? Thank you.

      @@CherishedChristianLife yes, the first exercise. Her hair obscures whether or not her head is on the towel. Or, if it is not, should it be supported if the forward head posture makes not having the head supported uncomfortable.

      Yes, if it’s uncomfortable to be without a pillow you can definitely use one to support your head. Over time you can reduce the pillow thickness. You should feel a comfortable stretch, not pain.

    In the 1st position... it's not from the tailbone up but more mid or top of sacrum up? And you do rest your head on it?
