1. Why the hell would you sign over power of attorney for your daughter to go with 2 random men. That's honestly so disgusting.
2. I honestly hope this opens people's eyes to grooming and we start to take situations with adult men dating teenage girls seriously because an adult will always have more power then a child and when you are young and especially have a shitty home life it's very easy for young people/ teenagers to fall for people that can provide them that sense of "security" and "love" which they seek so much.
The thing is, in Washington state a "notarized letter" stating that you give guardianship of your child to someone else isn't actually legally binding and holds no validity in court. The only way for them to had gotten actual legal guardianship over Sarah on WA would have been for them to go to court and petition for guardianship or for her mother to voluntarily sign over guardianship in court.
From my understanding- not that I know anything more than what she’s chosen to reveal publicly- her home life was extremely messed up. So I’ve kind of taken to the idea that maybe her mom had some issues going on that made it to where she couldn’t parent or provide for her daughter. Not that it’s right, but it seems like Sara has had a rough upbringing. Also, not that it matters, at the time Kai went by Laney and to her mothers knowledge they were a nice stable young married couple.

You’re 100% correct about the laws in Washington state. I’m from Wa and a friend of my teenage daughter needed a place to be other than her parents, I agreed to let her live with me. I had to jump through HELLA BIG HOOPS! Courts social workers, courts etc. if there’re saying they got a notary so it’s all good they are dead wrong- doesn’t matter if the parents say ok , it MUST go through the system!
Oh and all someone has to do is report this to social services in Wa, give the girls name onion heads name and call a report an at risk youth.

I still don’t think “Kai” is trans. I feel like she’s mocking and using the trans community to be more victimized in situations where people are against her.
Even if he doesn’t he’ll still be sent to a female prison. The law doesn’t care about gender unless the transition has already been FULLY completed including bottom surgery and even in those cases it depends on where in the country/world they are.

It's actually not please study the law. It's his channel and his content that she agreed to appear on. He has full rights to the videos and her appearances. For EXAMPLE, an actor appears in a shitty, embarassing movie. Then their career blows up and that movie embarasses them. Even worse, maybe it's porn. Well, sorry but that movie is out and for sale for the rest of your life; you can't just decide "oh I don't like this content anymore" and take it down when you don't own the rights to it and appearing in something in NO WAY gives you the rights to it. I am against Onision on everything BUT in THIS CASE yes he's being an asshole but he is 100% within his legal rights to keep those videos up and it's super embarassing to watch everyone spew shit about the law when they're clearly ignorant about it.....there are lots of very powerful and famous actual stars who would love some of their b-list embarassing shit destroyed from circulation but unless it's revenge porn or something else taken without consent you can't just change your mind later and it's obvious she was willingly in those videos because she did many many many of them, advertised them on her Twitter had a joint channel and so on. The seizure one and the one where she is crying "he has a camera on me" are clearly without consent and should be removed but not the rest of the willing content.

People keep saying he's trying to prove insanity for court but what he doesn't realize is:
The insanity defense just means you're detained you're seen fit to stand trial, so if he does get a successful insanity verdict he's going to be locked up and will have to retch, gag, and cry in front of a court appointed psychiatrist every time his case is up for renewal. The psychiatrist in question can tell the judge "Yo, he's faking that judge and he's in danger of reoffending".
Basically he's digging himself deeping with these obnoxious videos but I'm sure you already knew that.
The point of insanity plea is: no death penalty in death penalty states/cases and to be held in an insane hospital is much better than to be held in prison, especially for a child predator. He's not doing himself a disservice at all. With that said while the videos are clearly an act I do think this man is a psychopath or sociopath or both and those can't be cured so lock him up in the looney bin and throw away the key, you can't fix his flavor of crazy.
For the fact he seems to idolize the character Patrick Bateman from American Psycho (and probably other film serial killers with a similar ‘charm’ to them) he’d probably think that he could turn on the charm, win over the psychiatrist and get out early on good behavior. But the psychiatrist, if competent, would clearly see his narssasism and conculd his charm is obviously an act to get what he wants. By denying him what he wants ( i.e. a quick ticket out ) I could see onision quickly losing his temper with him, calling him stupid among other things and being unwilling to even try after that because his ego won’t allow him to realize not everyone can be manipulated. He’d probably manipulate some of the more vulnerable inmates, but for the most part, he wouldn’t be getting out of there and would just make it a living hell for the poor souls functional enough to fall for his lies and gaslighting. It may even lead to him being put in solitary just so he isn’t a danger to others (wishful thinking). Well, then he really would be like his serial killer idols, just at that point, there would be no body to listen. Which for a narcissistic egoist, is the worst thing to happen. His ‘fake’ break downs would then progress to real ones in a desperate attempt for attention. But for now, thats just a sweet mid-day dream 🧚♀️

Out of all the victims, she is the one who lost so much of her growing years being mind f'd by these two, and apparently her mother is of no help. Sarah also failed herself, not trying to victim blame but she does have to own up to some of the choices she made on her own. You can't always put all the blame on someone else especially if it's your own actions. Key word is "all". I wish she didn't have to go through what she did and Greasy boy and his sidekick are at fault for sure. Sarah was manipulated by them and I can understand why some people use that to defend Sarah. But she is a human with a brain soooooo like 1% of the blame is on her. This is not an excuse to ignore the other 99% of the blame tho.
Honestly? It's really good to see such a good mom calling out Kai and Greg. You can tell she loves her son a lot, and seeing a loving mother call out terrible parents is so refreshing. I feel like not a lot of people take into account their children, and just how shitty they've been to those poor kids. I think the most satisfying part in the end goal for me is knowing most likely the kids will grow up in Kai's parent's house where they will be loved and given opportunities to become healthy adults. Everyone who came in contact with the two need time to heal, and that's true of their son and daughter too. I hope everyone can find peace and comfort within themselves and future relationships, whether they're parental, romantic, or platonic.

Umm guys, legally the manager is right. What he means which Onion boy doesnt get is. IF the person was willingly in a video and it isnt due a contract, the person has the right to claim them down because in a contract you get a sort of payment for your image, Shiloh didnt get any of it. The manager keeps asking for "which contract" he and shiloh had in order to keep this videos up. Since she was willingly she can choose to take them down or let them be which Gregie here doesnt understand why the guy keeps asking for a contract. He can't claim a copyright against an artist that didnt signed anything to begin with to be in his videos. (Hope its well explained cuz my first language isnt english)

That is a whole other type of legal document.
Not only that but for legal guardianship in WA state they would have had to go to court to get. WA doesn't recognize "notarized" parenting plans like that for guardianship the mother would have had to sign her rights over temporarily OR Greg and Lainey Kai whatever would have had to petition the courts so they never had actual "legal" guardianship of Sarah.
He's not going for insanity, and if he is he is completely lost on the law. A current mental break doesn't cover crimes of the past. Ill give him that he knows to manioulate laws to be 'legal', so it doesn't fit his MO to go for insanity as it's an impossible defense. He's getting narcissistic feedback in a negative form since all his positive venues of feedback (UA-cam, pattern, boards, etc.) Have been shut down.
Honestly I think it is something he'd think he can do. Onision tries to talk like he knows how the law works but he really doesn't... Other than the age of consent in each state.

However, In my mind, you should never underestimate a criminal simply because it's easier to believe they're a fool than believe a sicko is capable. He's a pathetic worm for using any intelligence he has for malevolence, A trait usually formed from compensation issues. Big thing about the UA-cam videos with Shiloh in them: He has no proof of compensation or waiver signed for the videos. He ALSO has been the sole profiteer of the ad sense from said videos. He’s using HER likeness for profit without her express permission. Also, given the probable history of abuse toward her, it can easily be argued in court that they were created through coercion.
I think Shi and her manager will win that case, or Greg will owe her money in a settlement.
