For the followers, I've been following Samy and Donavan for close to two years now and have incorporated a lot of what they teach into my routines. I'm 58 years old, never been flexible, but I'm proud to report that I'm within six inches of executing a true left-leg split. Still along way to go but thank you Donavan and Samy for doing these. Donavan is super flexible
Much appreciated.
Been at it for almost 3 years now non stop, but I started at the 33. It’s been a very painful process getting to sit down into the side split. It really looks more like a wide leg straddle. I measured and I am 10 inches from getting my feet all the way back while in the wide leg straddle and then it would be a full mid split. Now, my kicks are getting higher and higher , the more I train, but it seems very daunting to get my feet the rest of the way back into the full mid split. Any pro tips, thank you. You are in inspiration 🙏🥋
