Most challenging, getting out of my lazy boy recliner and warming up to head into the dojang. Watched Master Donavan's video already. Want to learn cartwheel then one handed CW to incorporate into my Bo Staff Poomsae, someday.

So, soo happy I found this workout! It's been 4 years since I've last done any Taekwon-Do and finding this workout was a real eye opener for me. I have none to 0 stamina left in my body and my technique's gotten so bad& rusty 😭😭😭

Love this workout, Samery!! I feel pretty exhausted (maybe it's the heat of summer) but satisfied and wanting to try another one right now!! I really need to work on my flexibility, balance and endurance, the slow motion kicking has been a bit of a nightmare to me, haha!! But we will do it!! NEVER GIVE UP!!

I’ve trained in different styles with taekwondo & hapkido being my main disciplines hapkido being number one. Haven’t seen kicking exercises performed quite that way. It was refreshing to watch your drills.

What kind of stretching do you do?
I am a red belt rookie I do tkd for around 2 and half a year now.
But I really need some help getting flexible knees because my roundhouse and frontkicks look very choppy and messy overall.
I always stretch when I get home, but it might need more exercises than the usual same basic stretches.
