Thanks for continuing updates I'd rather trade the stock market as it's more profitable. I make an average of $34,500 per week even though I barely trade myself.
My advice to everyone is this: If you want to grow big this year, especially in your finances, be willing to take risks. Saving is great, but taking risks puts you on a pedestal where you wouldn’t have to worry about saving like you do now. Thanks to Deborah Davis, my portfolio is doing very well and I’m proud of the decisions I made last year. 🎉🎉🎉
As long as you have good health, you're ahead of most people. The millions don't mean anything if your health is in shambles. I'm starting to learn now, I won't take things for granted anymore. I've been letting life pass me by and now that I'm having a health issue I wish I did more when I felt good.
Indeed,I realize that i content retiring to thailand at age 47 with a networth of the top 50 percent. And focus on my health while letting 130k of my funds compound for 15 years to cause be to have networth of the top 20 percent.
I like that he spoke about how a lot of people cant handle the ridicule from friends and family. I've been building multiple saas companies over the past year and so far i've either not finished what I've worked on due to risks I took that didn't work out or they simply failed. Everyone asks me why I keep going when it's clearly not working but I enjoy it and I'm not backing down. Passion can drive a person crazy but if you're passionate about the right thing, hopefully it will eventually work in your favour.
@@hopingforaces I did not (kinda), for the time being I've been learning new frameworks and languages so before now it was never more than a learning experience more so than good business ideas. I actually love his philosophy. I've not had his level of success, but I have a very dialed in work life balance. I'm fairly anti-fire. I either work, or spend my time doing something very valuable to me. I don't mind working very hard during the week when I know my afternoons, evenings and weekends are fun and fulfilling. I've spent millions at this point that many people would have saved. But at the end of the day, this is just retirement planning that INCLUDES planning for your current life as well. Too many people are only focused on NOW or LATER.
What struck me most about Bill Perkins' story is his journey from financial struggle to mastery in energy trading. It's a powerful reminder that where you start doesn't dictate where you'll end up. His story is a beacon of hope for anyone navigating their own climb.
My mother and Bill Perkins grandfather were siblings. I wish I could personally reach him. Even being one generation apart, he is as far away from me as the moon! Good for him. I’m happy he made it!
Although I dont fully agree with all of his ideas, this interview really helped me. The fear of not living a good/balanced life scares me more than anything. Motivated to continue betting on myself as ive noticed that most people who played it "safe" did not end up where they wanted to be. Thank you.
Whoa! Amazing, incredible and fascinating interview done by the master interviewer, Uncle Noah. He asks relevant questions and is very focused on answers. I love that he never interrupts and is so attentive. I have learned a lot from Bill and I am going to start appreciating every moment that I have because the worst thing to waste is time.
I love this guy. Hearing "what choices does this action allow me to have" is such a fantastic reframe to help me make better decisions for myself at the age of 24. Time to think long term and sink down into my values and find out what I really want with my time.
if he fears "wasting his life" then he will miss out on life, because life doesn't need you to do anything.. be here and now.. be still.. breath in and out.. that's all that's needed.. the biggest illusion in life is that you need to do things in order to be happy..
That sounds very lazy and boring life is about not wasting time and accomplishing amazing things, progressing and always becoming a better person by being active
You are wasting your life because you dont have the things that make you happy .example Riding dirt bikes make me happy but my old one broke now I need a another one which cost money but in order to get the money to get what make you happy your forced to waste your young life away getting the money/ pieces of useless paper that grows on trees which are actually unlimited but your limited how much you can make for some reason
