This is silly it is always a mistake to workout 2 days in a row especially 5 days you won’t grow bigger but actually smaller look at distance runners vs 400m runners the muscle size difference is phenomenal. If you train 5 days a row your body will not recover from that. Here’s what I would recommend, train 1 workout per week make it a good workout going to complete failure to maximize growth stimulus and rest to actually take time to allow your muscles to grow

I’ve never heard of the rule of five, but old school olympians from the 80s-90s called it the rule of thirds. 1/3 is great, decent, and horrible.
