Chris Thile has worked very hard to become the musician he is.
    I appreciate the interview.

Saw him play the presto when he came out by himself before a punch brothers show and sat on the edge of the stage. I happened to be in the 5th row. Must have been about 400 people there that night. It was dead silence and something I will never forget. A flawless amazing jaw dropping experience. Musicians like CT come around do rarely it’s a wonderful thing. You can’t explain it you have to experience it. A true genius at what he does.

Chris could talk about music all day it's the air he breaths.

Frankly, I didn’t even know him before this, but what a cerebral character and a remarkably interesting interview.

CT isn’t only the best mandolin player to probably ever hold a pick but his mind about thinking about music and being able to deconstruct any genre is amazing. His depth of understanding music and what works and doesn’t and why is genius.

Wonderful interview. I don't see the interviewer credited here: "Marek Eben is a Czech actor, singer, composer, writer and television host." (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marek_Eben)

I think Brett has it: in english it's called a "Bouree", I've seen it in B minor for guitar, it may be in A minor originally.

XD. I just saw Thile play this one and name it: "Tempo di Borea" from Bach's Partita No. 1 in B minor", so Arthur is right

Watching this makes me sad because I'll never be that good at ANYTHING. Some people are simply living on a different planet than the rest of us.

Casually asks if Chris can play the G minor Presto. I realise this is not a prob for Chris but surely you’d check beforehand if he’s up for it?
