Nancy, I use my Cuttlebug with the GoPress & Foil all the time, it was the reason I choose to buy the GoPress & Foil because it was compatible with the Cuttlebug.

Anna Griffin, who worked with the Cuttlebug at the time, did a collab with the GoPress and all her crafters were using the Cuttlebug. I have friends who use it with the Cuttlebug today.

I have a brand new Gemini foil press that I won’t be using, and want to sell. When I purchased it, I couldn’t get hold of the Gemini die cut machine, so I bought the couture creations foilpress, as I have the go press machine.I am in Perth W.A

I have a scanncut machine. Have you tried scanning in a hot foiled shape/word and cut it out? Wondering if the scanner will pick up the shiny detail. Anyone else tried this?
I mistakenly foiled my metal plate - and some of my dies-uggh! I don’t mind the dies but the metal plate is annoying to work with now- is there any way to clean it off?

Yes I was told, cuttlebug doesn't work with the Glimmer.

Sometimes it does in color mode. Depends on the foil.
Nancy, can you tell what is the thickness of the Pinkfresh studio solid hotfoil plate and also what the thickness is of the metal conversion plate?

You need a hot foil machine. Go Press & foil, Spellbinders Glimmer or Gemini Foilpress.
I forgot to put the card in my spellbinders glimmer hot foil and I foiled on the milky plate. Can I get this off?
