- The plaintiff hired the defendants to build her another bedroom in her house. The plaintiff alleges the defendants did a terrible job, so she had to hire someone else. The plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendants insist they did an excellent job. They're countersuing for wages owed and supplies.

Well it’s obvious first off she’s in court, and second she didn’t know the plaintiff had that evidence. That’s the most obvious reason but also I would want to hear all the evidence provided.

I believe the plaintiff when she said that the defendant came on to her. The text messages proved it. Furthermore the look on the defendant's wife told me that she knows how he is and has possibly done this or something else before. Her facial expression said it all.

Yikes, it looks like she is used to getting cut rate workers who don’t know what they are doing by the looks of her kitchen!!! Cabinets just randomly places anywhere overhanging doorway on the right, cabinet behind her overhanging window or whatever opening is behind her, light switch where it doesn’t belong cut off on one side, cabinet on the left not matching the rest of the goodwill cabinets, not to mention not having an appropriate sized refrigerator. Moral of the story when u look for cut rate workers you get shady characters with no reputation to worry about tarnishing.
