They’ve been homeless for 5 years. He lies, steals, disappears, does drugs, yet “ he saved” her. From what ma’am? I can’t imagine what he saved her from that’s worse than what he’s putting her through. Why are you trying to have a baby when you’re homeless? What’s going on here?

I totally agree with this… but I’m a social worker for single homeless women and when I tell you I have stories that would shake you to your core from these women who do the same exact thing as this young lady… I have stories. Very very sad ones. So many thing happen to the women I work for to assist them to keep stabile housing. I can truly understand why she choose this… I pray that everyone gets the help they need in this situation. I pray people give her grace

Thank you....I knew I wasn't trippin. There is a 28-year age gap and you can obviously tell that she is delayed and probably didn't have any other support. Now she is stuck dealing with a drug addicted senior citizen because she probably doesn't have any other options. That poor girl😢

Years ago I was working as a social worker. I was at domestic relations (think child support agency). I was there supporting a client. I was hit on by two different men that had thrown adult tantrums about what they owed! I'm not surprised she thought it was ok to date someone she met at the welfare office! People can be EXTREMELY blind to their situations! It's SAD!

Shout out to the therapist lady! She did such an excellent job answering direct questions. She didn’t vaguely fly over advice and she gave excellent parting words 💯
Cases like this is sad very sad.. hes taken advantage of her for so long now and she's out up with it.. he doesn't care how she feels or how she's hurting.. how dare he leave her at the car wash to get home somehow.. she deserves alot better

The Doctor should have never increased his medication, they should have taken him to a chiropractor and warm water therapy find any method other than increasing pain medication that stuff is addictive. Shame on the Dr for not being more careful. Mr Reynolds already was going through mental issues from the loss of his son and being hit by a bus he wasn’t thinking straight he was weak and when drugs were offered he ran to it.
Drug seekers lie. If they cannot get drugs they seek doctors that can get them pills. If we were to look around at the people that we work with in the workplace we would see that a lot of them are on drugs. I realized that I work with a lot of drug addicts. They have Doctor's appointments every week for a back, a hip, a leg and these peoplee in their early thirties. They can't go to traditional doctors like primary care because they probably have something on the computer making it aware these people are drug seekers so they reach out to chiropractor doctors or weight loss doctors so they can get some pills. Just listen to the people in your workplace and you'll find out who the addicts are. This is american problem.
She needs to leave him and work on her own issues and let him work on his; separately.

The specialist said she focused on substance abuse and mental health issues. He has drug problems but the young lady has mental health issues I think. That’s why she tolerates this behaviour
Sounds like 2 people that both shouldn’t be working on a relationship with each other, but need to work on the relationship with themselves. I’m genuinely sad for them both, but at some point, you have to take a stand to save yourself before you can save anyone else.

🙂 Addiction can take MANY forms but drugs seem to be the most common... Unfortunately addictions can be stronger than necessities or priorities...I'm glad they didn't try to beat him up and wanted to get him help... Sometimes tough love is okay, sometimes it isn't... It takes ALOT to admit something so shameful to the world... I wish him success...

Sad case. Ppl can be traumatized at any age and find it hard to get through. Unfortunately if u were unstable before, anything that happens will push ppl over the edge. I Hope they both get the mental help needed to deal with their loss as best as a person can.

This is exactly what happened to my ex boyfriend he was on drugs had open heart surgery and did not take care of himself he kept getting high after the surgery and around the wrong people places and things now he is dead. He was a good person a musical genius and treated me well but he was killing himself after his mother died. In our last conversation he said to me I am knocking on death's door.
