for me, testosterone is a modern solution to a modern problem, being natty is accepting the fact that your test is not optimal and will never be, you can workout all you want but if you aint taking water directly from a non contaminated river, and all of your foods are harvested by you, you are eating a bunch of chemicals that are messing up your t levels, wheter you like it or not, wheter you think youre better for being natty (just like vegans) or not
I'm 65 years old and quite strong and healthy, training without PEDs for over 50 years. I think resistance training, nutrition and sleep have been keeping my body very able to strip out degraded tissue and generate new tissue. Proper training without PEDs trains the endocrine system. Doing a controlled study on this must be nearly impossible, unfortunately. I think, though, that consistent natural training over a lifetime gives great results with neither the drawbacks of PEDs nor the drawbacks of failure to exercise. I appreciate your nuanced and respectful discussion of this subject.
I remember in Bigger Stronger Faster Mark's wife Andee perfectly describe the type of content such as Vice's : after school special. On point. They interview former has been wannabe reality show contestant like he's Phil Heath or something, the only decent thing they managed was to interview Dave Crosland ( the huge guy with thick Brit accent ). The usual "gears gonna rot your kidneys" and so forth. Just pointless sensationalism
Depending on the protocols followed by a licensed compounding pharmacy, the test, deca, etc. you get from it could be just as “dirty” or even dirtier than stuff the guy is making in his kitchen.
In UK not many people have private health as NHS is available (national health service which costs 12.5% of your wages). So it's great on one side, as everyone gets free healthcare, childbirth is free etc.. However the consequences of that is there is not many good independant health clinics available. Most people can't afford it. NHS is great in many areas, but public sector organisations are mostly stuck in the stone age. Most Hospitals need renovating and are poorly managed, and rarely innovate or keep up to date with modern treatments/medicine. Things like steroid injection would be something your Dr would only administer if you had an injury. Otherwise you'd be sent to a pharmacy who wouldn't be able to sell it. I don't know any independant blood clinics at all. Probably because I'm unable to afford it.
Exogenous substances tell your body to switch off natural production, if applicable, as part of the balance. My thought is are you switching genetic expression just enough for an effect on descendants where their natual production is one notch lower. I guess that is not a probelm for a person during their lifetime and would be really hard to study.
The school of thought goes as is: if your body needs something and is deficient, then you are burning up all your natural resources, resulting in a stressed system, whereas supplying the deficiency makes your system better off in the long run
Thank you for another episode gentlemen!!!!! 1k is one away!!!!!!! Side Note: Mark can you please coach me lol :) just respect your opinion on life, fitness and everything in between...
This guy was natty with a terrible skin condition. MPMD covered this a long time ago. But good job on the misinformation and scare tactics fueled with a click bait picture
When I was on I wouldn’t take my shirt off because of the acne. Now what’s the point of getting huge but you can’t show off? lol. Now I know not every person has negative side effects but I sure did.
I mean either way why go on it to weak to just work on your body your self I just never understood that shi unless you trying to be a body builder or some
The hormones there was a time my rod wasn’t working. Or I would come”” without getting hard lol. It sucked but I recovered well and haven’t had the need for them now.

@@30minutesLess totally. I am specifically talking about when there is no deficiency and substances are used for super-physiological results.
Genetic expression wouldn't be the heritable part
