For the last 13 years I've had a complicated relationship with my skin. Acne, breakouts, scars, inflammation... You name it. Especially as a teenager with skin problems, my self-esteem really took a hit. 13 years later, as a 26 year old, I reflect on the last decade and what I've learned.

Hey there, thank you! I did indeed & it worked wonders. I’ve been using it again lately, but i also cannot ignore it’s also coupled with things like managing stress & me being in a calmer chapter of my life. Louise hay teachings is a big part but taking into consideration huge contextual factors too!
