@@_El_Jefe1 thanks! And how many sets of chin ups should I do? Yesterday I did like 4 sets till failure. Failure was 5 but slowly and to chest chin ups.

@@DjordjePetrocox at first can do 4-5 sets to failure. Rest at least 3 minutes so you can give every set your all. At the end of each set can do iso holds as well for added time under tension. Static and dynamics together get big results.

@@_El_Jefe1 thanks! I've also been watching this ex prisoner on youtube talking about partial reps for maximum muscle growth. Cause of time under tension.

After 25 years of weight training and now 3 bulging discs, I think its time to follow grandpa and do bodyweight only the rest of my life 💪

That's great for skinny, high strength-to-weight ratio guys. It's a bit tougher when you're an ex-rugby guy who played at 230-250 lbs.

I’ve recently started doing two 90 minute sessions a week training flips and callisthenics while keeping my regular two sessions a week of weights. My abs and legs have never been sorer. Upper abs have really popped from the tuck in backflips. Flexibility has also improved

fitness looks skinny, a physique like Rogan's is unfit. His body mass is a strain on his organs. These guys are the shit because their vital organs are under no stress at all. the heart can pump blood easily through a small body like that, the liver and kidneys can filter easily and maintain blood of good quality throughout. One might argue that perhaps their brains also work better as a result.
So there you go Rogan, reduce body mass !

This only applies to naturally small people with small joints. Some people can handle heavier bodyweight much more naturally. Look at someone like Mike Tyson, 220 lbs at 5'10, but an explosive and agile athlete in a cardio based sport. He was meant to be big, weighing 200 as a teen. It just depends on your genes. Not everyone is meant to be skinny, many people can be fit and big too.

You are trying way too hard to put down others to feel better about yourself. Joe Rogan is a black belt and is still lethal in a fight despite his size. Calling somebody like that unfit is dumb af
