That happens to be my favorite generation of the Passat too, or "pass 'at!", as I remember hearing my dad call them whenever we would see one on the ride to school in his 80-something Volvo wagon.

If you see a badge that says _63 AMG on the back of any Mercedes vehicle, you're gonna know more or less what it's supposed to sound like, but yes, it is quite unexpected for that engine to be offered in a little minivan/MPV/mommy-car-looking thing in the first place. It did blow my mind a little bit when I first heard about it being a thing.
that buick v6 is one stronge af engine, its been in so many GM cars for years from the GNX to the holden commodores, the aussies abslutley beat tf outta them all the time, burnouts constently for 10 mins straight smashing limiter the whole time even after the tires are completley gone, those v6's refuse to die, headgaskets go on them but thats standared for any engine

All of these sound like they have at least a few mods. Especially the Forte Coupe, with the blowoffs and turbo noises, and that Regal 🧐🧐 But if that’s the given, they sound pretty decent with a few mods!

Get that pentastar off there. Those motors require soo much restraint and good judgement to sound good. 90% of any pentastar with an exhaust I hear is some sawsall straight pipe that’s all rasp and clap.

The R63 AMG is one the rarest Mercs you could find on the road, I've only ever seen one R63 AMG and the non-AMG version.
Those 3800 V6 engines are insane for being a 20 year old GM engine. Very modifiable and very reliable.

If it's the koup with the spoiler and tacky bodykit seen in the thumbnail. That's the 1.6L.
The other engine is the 2L which has a turbo in the i30N.
1st gen of Forte Koup had 2.0L NA.
2nd gen(K3 Koup in S.Korea) only had 1.6L Turbo.
