      This was a great booty workout and also with some inner thigh. I love it !
      Should I do it daily for 2 weeks then week 3 and so every 2 days ?

    AMAZING ‼️
    I have been training and powerlifting for over 10 years. My trainer insisted on a rest day off from the gym but I was antsy so looked up something “easy” and I’m spent. You had me huffing and puffing & Mind you I dead lift 200 lbs plus. 😅 I added some ankle weights I had laying around and murdered my glutes ! Keep up the amazing work !! New Fan & I Can’t wait to incorporate some of your other things. ❤️

    Hi Mary! I've noticed that "cross over kick (L) is 60 seconds while "cross over kick (R) is only 30 seconds. But I've ve done it, sweat it & loved it.👍👌👌👌

    Doing this everyday for the next 2 months!
    Day 1: ✔I felt the burn!
    Day 2: ✔slightly easier
    Day 3: ❌I was running on 1 hour of sleep there was no way I could do it
    Day 4: ✔

    Is the form for the donkey kick correct? I was told to keep it 90degrees rather than kick up super high. Love ur workouts tho!

    Am i doing it wrong if i feel pain on the leg that I'm not using during the set?...another thing: why am i losing weight? I'm eating in a surplus that's full of nutrients, taking even vitamins at part...4 months ago i had 2 kilos that i lost recently. It was for my humor a little bit and for the fact that i was eating less...but it's almost a month that I'm doing everything in the right way...i feel so bad with myself...even my bf tells me that I'm a lil bit skinny...

      You feel the pain in the opposite leg because you put all the body weight on it. So in fact you are using it more than the moving leg. You need to either distribute the weight so that the opposite leg wouldn't feel that much pressure of weight. Or make stronger moves on the moving leg or make your legs stronger. Also it's okay if you feel the burn on the opposite leg. Because when you change the leg, you will feel the burn on another leg. So it evens out.

    Hey Mary, what happens if I do exercises like this for this long every day but I'm not seeing results? Or I'm seeing my glutes flatten and lose the curvy shape? Advice?

      Don't do it every day, your glute muscle need time to growth. You should do these exercises with a brand to feel it more ^^ (sorry for my bad english i'm french ^^)
