She did more than just being a “love interest”, she helped out a lot fighting against havik and helping the good guys, seeing her and Bi-Hans ladder ending got me wondering how they gonna be a pain in the ass for Liu Kang.
@@FoolsErrand45 I agree that Sektor was useful to progress the story, but her genderswap was done most likely to put her together with Bi Han. It was rather pointless imo, just make them not be a couple like previous timelines or let them be a couple without swapping Sektor's gender, but I agree that Sektor is a pretty fun character with a interesting personality
So along with Masters Of The Universe, Mortal Kombat is my favourite franchise and while I do enjoy the updated game play of MK1 (I’m only a casual player) BUT I LOATHE the changes in lore (I’m still gonna support MK though)
I think it definitely needed to be longer felt rushed but it showed how strong noob sibot was. It for sure needed to take the time to develop some of the characters like when cyrax takes scorpion’s side instead of sub zeros. And you’re right about havoc just being there cuz he’s the main villain he should’ve been stronger
