@@sunitaranikundu6774 Ya, definitely don't by off Amazon, there are some good ones, check out North Spore or Aloha Medicinals if you are in the USA or WTF (what the fungus) if you are in Canada.
super informative and easy to comprehend! love the graphics and special visual and sound effects...great acting/actress ( hopefully staged !) concerning the death cap! Here in wisconsin i have seen all the shrooms you had in this video...but we call the local term of "indian pipe" instead of "ghost pipe"
Wow, how about that Hypomyces lactiflorum? I found that fascinating. Your videos are always captivating and well presented. Thanks for posting. Very interesting and instructional
You forgot to mention that when you find Ghost pipe, you should not pick it unless their is plenty around. This is considered a rare plant in some places but can grow abundantly in others. In general leave it alone due to it bruising really easily. One of my favorite organisms ( don't want to call it a plant or fungi due to it being in its own category ), and if you find it in the wild, just take a picture of it. It does have medicinal value but that will take a lot more explaining on my part and this comment is already getting pretty long. But again, do not pick ghost pipe when found in the wild.
One mushroom that is missing in your list is Termitomyces. Its quite famous in South Asia especially in India and Srilanka. Would love to see you talk about fungus and termite symbiosis.
@@FreshCapMushrooms well I found you before them ha ha and things were shut down for covid. It would be good to see you and your lady.. Try some products or have goody bags..make a day of it as an event? :) stay safe!!
Hedgehogs, yellow chantarelles, funnel chantarelles and what we call for red-yellow funnels are everywhere in the swedish forrest at the moment👍🏻 Thanks for the great content! Greeetings from Sweden 🇸🇪
FreshCap Mushrooms @ Well, not literally everywhere😉 but there is a whole lot of them this year:) Find it really interesting that so many of the funghi are the same in North America and Scandinavia. Mushrooms are so cool😎
Love the series. I think we have talked about this before but usually when you find ghost pipes you will find Russula mushrooms all around. It is believed that the mycillium of the mushrooms is the gateway for the Chlorophyll to travel from the trees to the ghostpipe, or so I've been told.
Great info; love your vids! But slow down a touch . . . us folks in the south east US can't hear as fast as you talk. ;) Oh, and we bought your reishi powder - it's great; thanks!
Love your videos. I know it's really late, but. It would be really cool if you could tell the methods of extraction to get the full potential. Like if you only need water, alcohol or dual extraction.
Where did you get your spore print shirt? Thank you for all the info! An idea for a video I’d Love to see would be mushroom identification/differentiation
There is a new mushroom I keep seeing ads for called Tiger mushroom. Apparently people who have chronic phlegm issues with are having great results with this mushroom.
last month should have maybe been mushroom month, it already gets to freezing at night because canada, so all the mushrooms around me are disappearing now
What was your favourite of the freaki fungi? Did you learn something new?? Thanks so mush for watching!
Sir.. Can you please provide any Online shop Link to Buy grain spawn. Because i bought seeds from amazon and they were worst..

Amanita muscarina
I've been loving this series, it brings insights to a multitude of species in a light and fun session. I can't wait to learn more from you!

You should start a fungi searching group.. It was cool to see you're in sherpark as I'm in YEG. Love your channel :)

Chlorophyll doesn't travel to the ghostpipe, only nutrients like sugars.

noted! sorry I get excited about mushrooms haha

This is pretty awesome thank you.
you are awesome, thanks for watching!
its been raining for the last 2 days here in Burlington, Ontario.
Calvatia cyathiformis are everywhere :)
wow, awesome!
Some of my earlier memories are going with my dad to find shaggy manes around old saw mill sites in our town.
Mushroom month!? :00
Whaaaaaat?! Dude that's awesome!
Yup! We love mushrooms all year long, but hey- why not have a special month!?!
LACCARIA AMETHYSTINA is a nice one, at least in europe
Where did you get your spore print shirt?
Thank you for all the info!
An idea for a video I’d Love to see would be mushroom identification/differentiation
thank you for wathching!! the shirt is from Closet of Mysteries ( closetofmysteries.com/ )
Love the channel! How do you manage to mispronounce SO MANY WORDS though?! 🤣
My favorite mushroom is the giant puffball (Calvatia gigantea). When I was a kid I played a game of soccer with one.
they really do look like soccer balls haha
There is a new mushroom I keep seeing ads for called Tiger mushroom. Apparently people who have chronic phlegm issues with are having great results with this mushroom.
The ghost plant/Indian pipe is also medicinal and can be used as a pain killer when made into a tincture
very interesting! I have heard that it is medicinal- cool to find either way!
last month should have maybe been mushroom month, it already gets to freezing at night because canada, so all the mushrooms around me are disappearing now
Galerina Marginata looks nearly identical to Kuehneromyces Mutabilis. Be very careful when harvesting Mutabilis in the wild.
so many fun gis
Now do macrocybes and milky mushrooms!
Ohhhh yeah- milky mushroom is a cool one.
Mushroom month is the best month
agreed!
U get Hypomyces lactiflorum while here in Norway we get Hypomyces chrysospermus :(
It was still REALLY cool under the microscope tho!
such a cool mushroom!
Hello, what do you suggest for a person to start learning about mushrooms? thanks
good stuff!
I love mushrooms.
you're in the right place! mushrooms are the best :) thanks for watching.
Had a random question... theoretically couldn't O3 be used as a fumigate sanitizer in place of pressure cooking?
Thanks
I'm currently getting constant rain :) can't wait for tomorrow's walk!
answered my own question :0
Where can most of these be found? What part of the world?
dont know for sure but i think the host is from central Canada...I am from wisconsin and i have seen all of these...
How to dry mushrooms without drymachine
👍
This guy reminds of a human version of a stag deer for some reason (in a good way)
haha, works for me! I should be more careful in the woods then...(especially around hunting season)
@@FreshCapMushrooms Lol yeah
I don't think Death caps exists on Borneo.... So...
Is there such thing as an overripe mushroom? Oh wait
i think i saw you in tucson, or you have a twin here.
you guys running out of content, is kind of fun to observe.
