Nope! It’s no issue. I’ve bought one way tickets a couple of times. I think people sometimes buy return tickets because immigration tend to ask for timelines. So when they do ask you for how long you intend staying in their country. Just have a response prepped beforehand.
Thank you for sharing this experience, i was expecting to hear the cost breakdown from Cotonou to Dakar, Pls how much is the bus fare, and whats your recommended bus company for the route? Thank
Hello, actually hinted that in the video. From Cotonou-Bamako is 30,000cfa. You can either go with STM or STR( I went with STR), from Bamako to Dakar is 25-30,000cfa ( I used AK- Trans)
I used STM then AK trans from Bamako to Dakar. There are several other bus companies too, just make your research & be sure those ones go straight to Dakar. Don’t use transport services that don’t have a brand name. And yes, as a west African citizen, you can travel with an ID card. I saw a couple people do it ( remember irrespective of your means of identification, you’ll still need to sort your way through each borders aka drop money )
Welcome to my home country Senegal 🇸🇳❤️
How much in naira should i budget for transportation and accommodation
Babe pls can someone buy just one way ticket when traveling by air? Will it be a problem if I don’t book round trip
